    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

They make me so mad. I can't believe I am dumb enough to get stuck by them. I guess I trust people too much.

However, I will not rest until I get my hard earned $ back. I have filed a complaint with the IFCC and am going to the local authorities and whomever else I can to get these guys.

My paypal went to some fake address in California, at least that is what my credit card company is telling me.

The return address on the UPS shipment is a fake address and fake person's name on it.

Their website is registered to a John Laperchia and the phone numbers given are in GA somewhere, north of Atlanta.

Does anyone have suggestions on how we can catch up to them?

Please help.

First I want to get them off KS forever so they can't rip anyone else off. Then I will take charges further with FBI and the BBB. I will eventually get them. I don't want to say anymore on here so they don't know what connections I have. I know they are reading this stuff since they tried to fool us with that stupid post by BOB SMITH. They are more stupid than I thought.

A funny thing just happened on the BP forum over ther at KS. It's only been started a couple minutes and already there's a mini-revolution :)

I know of some wholesalers that have sold her stuff and this is what I got for you guys.,

I emailed them about the Het Albinos

....I very politely asked them a few simple questions, and asked for contact info on where to send the check, a phone number for their self proclaimed "Live Time Animal Help Support via phone or email" they say proudly add to their TOS and this is what I got back....please keep in mind this was within an hour or so of them posting the animals....

I wrote:
Hi - sounds like you have some great animals!! I'm very interested in the 2.3 Het Albinos. Now, are these 100% hets, or possibles?? I'm not sure but I think I've heard of you guys, and you're pretty successful breeders. Did you produce these?? Please email me you're mailing address where I can overnight you a US Postal Money-Order, and if you'd like a phone number would be great as well. I really look forward to hearing back from you!!! Mark the m SOLD!!!!

They replied:
Hi, Im very sorry these have been sold.

They've sold....keep that in mind - when some newly acquired animals pop-up for sale soon.
 
What is the required "burden of proof"

when it comes to reptile related theft? How do you prove you got swindled? How do you prove that you paid for 100% hets and did not receive 100% hets? Emails are fine, but I am sure some judges will say, or believe, that someone "else" could have sent you the emails. I think as an industry, we need to draw up the criteria for a reptile related "robbery." Something like this:

1-emails from the purchase of 100% hets
2-photo id from the breeder stating 100% hets, with photo of the snake
3-breeding pic of said snake
4-clutch hatching/hatchlings from year one clutch, no homozygous animals
5-clutch hatching/hatchlings from year two clutch, with no homozygous animals

Something along these lines, that would stand up in court. Does anyone know what burden of proof is needed in court? Maybe someone with a law interest can investigate what is needed for an airtight case.
