I do not broker/re-sell ball pythons for anyone for that matter. As a matter of fact, my only problem here is the re-sellers/brokers and joe for screwing someone I know. Like I was saying....most people on kingsnake sell mostly "top, well known breeder stock" and the public doesnt want to grasp that fact that alot of those are the ones that are actually selling prices very very low. Want to start a thread on me , go ahead. This thread is about rick the weird dude so sorry for taking it a bit off topic. I only put my two cents in because I know for a fact wes is not partnered with rick, neither is amir. Rick partnered with Joe, I have no idea. Is there really need for name calling?? You would be surprised how many people posting here, as well as well-known breeders have DRUG convictions, wife beaters, etc, etc. In my opinion that is worse, and true scum, but that is my opinion. If need be, pm me yours and let the thread carry its purpose about Rick.

I never tried to imply that I buy or sell for Joe. I dont buy/sell for anyone. But who is to say someone is selling snakes, they are short a male spider, they get it from John Doe who got it from Joe in trade through John Doe 2. We know it happens all the time. I wouldnt be surprised if posters have animals from Joe and Dont even know it>?! Lol

This thread is moving almost faster than I can read it and I feel like I'm posting off topic now by referring to something about Rick from 20 pages ago...
Anyway, something I see about the "partnership" issue with Joe that Rick is trying so hard to avoid discussing.
Rick is using a technicality in definition to continue to deny they are partners while at the same time he refuses to admit to what degree they are working together. Whether you file joint taxes is largely irrelevant since we all know there are partnerships that do not fall under the legal definition of the term.

For instance let's say I and one of the other posters here (not Rick or Joe ) go in together to buy a few of a high dollar morph for breeding purposes. We will not be filing joint tax returns, but we are partners on that project none the less.
If you buy some snakes from someone else to resell once in a while, then you are just buying from someone. If however you have a standing arrangement to buy from a given breeder routinely for the purpose of resell then you are no longer merely buying from someone you are now a business associate at the very least. While I still wouldn't label that a partnership exactly, the effect is essentially the same. Even though you are not invested in their breeding operation and have nothing to do with the breeding animals you have a standing business relationship with that person to broker their animals on a regular basis and in this case apparently a large scale.

So the question, which at this point no longer even needs to be asked, is not whether Rick is partnered with Joe, but to what extent does he maintain a business relationship with him? I think it's obvious to all whether Rick will offer full disclosure or not, that he is brokering heavily if not exclusively for Joe Capone.

It just bugs me when someone constantly tries to use semantics to justify what would be considered by the majority to be seedy practices.
No matter how you attempt to define it, Rick is providing a means for Joe Capone to continue in this business. It's also unlikely that he is the only one, just the first to be discovered. Whether or not to approve of that and whether you send him any business or not is a decision for everyone to make on their own.
Either way I'm willing to bet there's at least a couple more people following this thread in the exact same position as Rick wondering if they will be the next to be led to the gallows.

Ever wonder why he's been banned in so many places? I'd venture you don't need to know specifics, just the fact that he's been banned speaks for itself.

BTW, his signature move is to not post once he gets himself caught red handed. The next move will be that he doesn't care and he'll finish it up by making a joke out of it.

I have posted in my current ad the 2001 50% heterozygous clown male. I am selling them for what I paid for them back in 2001.....$100.00 each. And selling the group for a cheaper price. No need for them..... I bought a great looking clown.

I have also purchased and sold animals from Ian G.......too [ED]!

And the same for Dave & Tracy Barker!

Now this is the last time I am going to say this......

I purchased and sold from Wes Harris and Joe Capone under their new business names.
Wes Harris Reptiles and Power House Reptiles. I hope you can tell who owns what.
Does this make me partners with the above breeders? Dah!

Now "Lets twist again like we did last year." Chubby Checkers........
