    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Once again, justyn has got himself thinking that he's the victim here, not the people who are owed money. It's just a rather pathetic excuse to use the fact that his KS acct is pulled, and he isnt able to sell the stock he supposively has now. I bet i can find other ways to sell the animals i got if kingsnake wasnt around. hmm arent there like 15 bazillion reptiles sites? hell, justyn can very well assume another identity and sell animals on those other sites. Plus there's the craig-list, the free-trader newspapers, the list is endless....

but in all honesty (something justyn doesnt get concept of) if he wouldve flat out told the truth in the first place, instead of tucking his tail between his legs like a dog that just got its ass beat, justyn probably wouldnt be in this predicament. He only knows how to avoid comflict by ignoring it and/or make himself look like he's the victim, trying to make people feel sorry for him. If a good chunk of his income is now gone, maybe now he knows how those who are owed money feel, regardless of how big or little the debt owed.

Justyn, you're not the only person who is "suffering" because of your insolence, and ill-mannered business. Instead of paying for a $30K shipment, you shouldve waited and taken care of you customers first, but it's obvious to us now where your priorities stand. Ok you have a family to take care of, but because of your stupidity your family is also suffering....supposively. but then again, you have a successful pond business.. hmmmm

Congrats Tonto, you definately earned yourself a pat on the back.

While we are at it....

If I were one of the persons ripped-off by justine, I would be shooting off an email (with link to this thread) to the editor of Ponds magazine. That may allow the editor to pull his ads and any future articles (fictitious or real) from their publication. I am sure that they will not take kindly to criminals in their midst.

Also, justine, I really want to hear more about your 'facility' in Bolivia... What exactly is it? How long have you owned it? What exactly does it do? Of course, I believe you that it exists (nudge, nudge, wink, wink...)

It seems that Justyn and Intense Herps was well thought of in March. A couple of months later he's become just another dishonest dealer. Usually these people don't care about the animals at all, they are just the bait to put in the trap. From what I can tell, Justyn could be "selling" anything as a front to rip people off. That's what my experience tells me.
Justyn hasn't been replying to me or anyone I know who he took money from recently. If anyone has gotten a refund, please post it here so I know there's some hope of getting my money back. If you haven't gotten anything, how about a post so we can get a head count?

I used my credit card on paypal. My credit card investigated it and refunded me. I recomend using a credit card when you do not know someone.

No resolution in sight

On the off chance that anyone is still reading this, I'll give the latest info I've got. On June 21 Justyn contacted me, saying that he wanted to send me 2.2 black squams early the next week. Surprise, surprise, it's now July 6th and I haven't gotten anything, not the snakes, the pictures I asked him to send, or replies to emails. His website is still up. Still very frustrating and maddening to have been taken in by this rip off con man. I don't like to say that, I've never been taken like this before, but that's what it boils down to. I sent him money and have only received excuses and promises in return. I shouldn't bother to say "excuses and promises" anymore, they were obviously flat out lies. Justyn, step up, either make good on the money you've received (send the snakes or give refunds) or just say you ripped us off and don't care about it.

Why in hell have you not gotten back with these people and why are you continually lying to them about refunding money, sending animals, etc. when it is obvious that you have no intention of doing any of it. Why not just come right out and tell these folks that they have lost their money and be truthful for once.

You know, I tried to give you the benefit of the doubt, but I guess that I should have trusted my instincts with you as well. There was always something that I felt uneasy about with you Justyn. You always had a better story to tell, had done something a little more important, yada, yada, yada. Justyn, you are too damn young to have done half of what you claim to have done.

The worst thing you have done is break Kelli's trust in you. She thought of you as a younger brother, Justyn, but you flat out lied to her as well. Now she doesn't trust you either. All you had to do is tell the truth. That is what I try to teach my kids, to tell the truth. Sometimes it hurts and sometimes it is not what you want to say or hear, but in the end it is always the best way to go.

Now I hear that you are packing up the family for a move to Bolivia? I hope that you at least make some form of restitution to all the people that you ripped off here in this thread before you skip the country.

It's really sad Justyn, I was hoping for good things for you, but now I know that it was all a dream, at least in my eyes.

This is really getting rediculous. I feel guilty about being the one person he did refund the money to. If he is really trying to move to Bolivia then someone who has a valid mail fraud complaint needs to file official charges with the FBI and have his passport yanked.
I agree 100% with Steve, Justyn is WAY too young to do half the things he says he's done. I think the Echis bite is a bunch of BS and a very very sad excuse as to why things did not get done (you don't lie or joke about things like that).
Justyn bragged about how he knew ceartin people at UTA, I bet they would love to see how wonderful a person he really is, if he even really knows anyone, I think most of what he says are lies to try and make himself look more experienced or whatever. He needs to stop now and fix this, otherwise one of these guys he still owes money to is really going to fix him.
So if he moves to Bolivia what will he do there, become a crooked exporter?

I really dont understand why anyone would want to skip the country, especially to run from dept. All he has to do is fix the problem, get the animals he promised everyone and he has nothing to worry about....

I still think they are great people, but I just can't beleive the things they have said about me.


As for refunding you in full, as I said beofre, I can't right now. Pond business is slow due to rain and the animals surely are not taking off at the moment. We are doing what we can, but that's about it. I may be able to pay you in payments or at least send some Cerastes vipers, but that's the best I can do right now.

So if I understand this correctly, Justyn has money for a trip to Bolivia for his family for 10-14 days, enough money to obtain housing and live until whatever income he may generate down there starts to kick in (bound to be at least a few months) but does not have money to refund people's "deposits". He also wonders why his friends are disappointed in him and has the nerve to throw in their faces the fact that he was supportive during their tragedy. What an absolute piece of work you are Justyn!

Justyn, friends are not friends if they only say what you want to hear. You have lied and cheated people and the ones who trusted you and considered you a friend are terribly hurt by that.

I received the same letter as Craig, and am sickened, disgusted, and infuriated in so may ways by it. As Jim points out, Justyn has the money to go to Bolivia, he had the money to go to a wedding, he has the money to order more snakes, but he isn't able to pay us back our money? Apparently he stole it fair and square, now it's his and no need to justify it.
Another beautiful contradiction in the letter. He can't pay us back because he hasn't been able to build ponds for 4 months? Are those the same 4 months he couldn't send the snakes, take pictures, or send refunds because he was too busy building ponds?
I'm trying not to rant, or to go on too long, so I'll add just one more thing.

The last several messages from him have included this. He's absolving us of blame for having sent him money and expecting something for it. Does he think that does anything but makes us question his ethics and sanity?

Why is it that some people seem to think that just because they have helped you out in the past that their lies should be shoved under a rug and forgotten about? Why is it when they are called on their lies they have to bring up the fact that they were "there for you in your time of need"? Why is it that they seem to focus only on what they have done for you and forget what has been done for them?

I felt that what I posted was very relevant to this thread. Justyn is not the only one that is saddened by all of this. He needs to realize that his actions are what caused this to happen. It is no one's fault but his own.
