    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Sergio's first post/complaint of not being paid by Justyn was made on 3/05/08. Justyn read this thread on 3/13/08 and has since not disputed Sergio's post/complaint of not being paid.

Why wouldn't Justyn dispute Sergio's post if he was innocent when he has been here reading the thread?

I imagine you have no good answer, Dingle Berry, and I'm not surprised. Your request for proof should be denied on the grounds you are a total dumbass.

Just because Sergio posted on 3-05-08 that Justyn owed him is NOT proof.
Just because Justyn logged on 3-13-08 and didn't respond is NOT proof of ANYTHING.
Just because Justyn didn't respond to Sergio is NOT proof that he owes him ANYTHING.
I asked for proof from Sergio.
Let me give you a clue who the dumbass is here........ it's you.

Your also a coward and a liar and it's been proven here many, many times.

If I were you (and thank God I'm not) I would behave myself on the BOI and post intelligent replies and at least know something about the subject matter BEFORE you hit the reply button. Understand that? (probably not)

Sergio doesn't need to provide any proof until Justyn replies to the initial accusation that Sergio posted back on 3/5/08. The post that Justyn has viewed and repeatedly dodged like every customer he owes money to.

If YOU just need the proof than ask Sergio for it in a PM. I only need to see Justyn Millers named attached to a BOI complaint to know its 99.9% valid and true. I think I can safely speak the same for A LOT OF FOLKS who are familiar with Justyn Miller and his BS.
 
Plain & simple, Justyn Miller has ripped Sergio off. I guess he thinks he can get away with it because Sergio is in Chile. I sent Justyn Miller money almost a year ago & I have nothing to show for it.

3 months ago I send some boxes with tarantulas to Justyn Miller of Intense Herpetoculture. The total value of the bill is 5000 usd.

I sent boxes and pay the air freight in Chile.
Because he sent me good references.

The agreement was that when boxes arrive at USA, Justyn should place the 5000 usd.
I call every day me Bank but money does not arrive...

I request to Justyn proof of send of money (role), but Justyn never sends photo. Justyn says, I call to money retreat Bank and sent for Moneygram, but later never more responds my mail.

I see that 3 months ago Justyn sells my tarantulas in this forum:

I just spent 1 hour on the phone with the Tarrant County District Attorneys Office. They told me the FBI's IC3 Dept only reports crimes to "Agencies that work very close with them", Tarrant County not being one of them.
I got transferred to the "White Collar Crime " crime unit @ Tarrant County.
They have there own complaint form for internet scams & thieves.

They told me they can press criminal charges on him if he took over $500.00.
(In my case over 3 times that.)

I know that you have had a previous relationship with Justyn, but after a year are you still not down with the fact that he has become (if he wasn't already) a plain old thief and a scumbag?

What does Sergio have to gain from coming here to just pile on Justyn if he didn't have a legitimate gripe? Why would he waste his time? Think about it.

At this point the onus is on Justyn to refute the accusation or prove that he paid. As it is, it stands unrefuted. Any reasonable, unbiased person who reads this thread will likely agree that Justyn has earned the epithets hurled at him, and likely will believe that he owes Sergio the money. Given his penchant for lying (like the check is in the mail story), Justyn is the one from whom proof of anything is due. Justyn has promised many times over to post proof of many different things and never once has he followed through on such promises.

So Randal, why should we not believe Sergio? Why are you treating him like the bad guy? Why not call your scumbag friend and tell him to pay the man what he owes him?
