no one is going to sue and no one is going to care ! It became obvious with Top Shelf and that fiasco. Eventually you will have those continuing to remind us of Justyn and you will have those who will need to move on. Thats the way it always ends up at Fauna. If you want to keep reminding us of Justyns nefarious deeds, continue to "do both" as you seem to suggest, but we have already seen 170 pages of this.

Please dont misunderstand, I think its important to bring these complaints to the BOI, but somewhere a conclusion has to arise. Eventually when I get any additonal emails on this thread it will be easier to just delete it then read someone posting " no refund yet" for the 30th time. That does not make any sense either. Take care .

I would agree that it has to end somewhere.

As I see it, it should end with Mr. Miller either making good on the rip offs he has pulled (best choice) or having enough bad press out there to curtail his sales to the point he can no longer afford to keep ripping people off.

Of course part of that bad press is people updating the fact that they have received no settlement yet.

Mr. Miller we are still waiting for that half of the people you ripped off and settled your debt with to post.

As for Arachnoboards, I have sent shipments to dozens of people on there in the past 3-4 months.

Then why dont you pay people the money you owe them, you thief?

Not to side track it to much but they did sue and won a judgment. Collecting, well, that is a entirely different issue. If they never collect or if they do, I certainly will not discourage them from the need to bump up that thread whenever one of the victim chooses. I certainly don't see the harm.

Same here. If the issues are never resolved, I see no harm in letting the victims vent. Even more so if the person is still working in the hobby.

I do understand your statements but conclusions can be arrived at even with continual posts. If it is simply to state "no refund yet", so be it. If anything it's a thorn in his side and the victim still voices their opinions. If all they have is the peer pressure that they can levy against is business, then more power to them. Just my opinion.

That is not going to stop, and as long as Justyn continues to stay in this business and apparently he does not hide since he is using his name and his business name, it has now become ridiculous with over 170 posts complaining about the same problem.

Either do something about it or move on. Their are legal remedies available and if you feel you have been taken financially, then use these avenues for redress. Contacting other webmasters at other sites is not the answer. They are not Fauna, but independent marketing tools designed to provide for their own customers. Looking to buy and sell their items without being hammered by people from another site who have a grudge whether its real or not. They are not a "board of inquiry". Nor should they entertain anyone's displeasure with complaints from individuals from another site such as Fauna. This includes the loss of money.

When Kingsnake clamps down on an individual or business it is because they violated Kingsnake rules not Fauna's. But to have members of Fauna contacting Kingsnake because of a complaint can easily get out of hand and serves no purpose other than providing another avenue to let people know their side of a story and the loss of revenue. Kingsnake will not allow it. Neither should the Arachnid board or any other site devoted to Reptiles.

Get an attorney, and use the court system if you feel you have been victimized. Thats what its there for.

You think trying to get the word out to as many as people as possible to stay away from thieves is a bad thing? I dont.

Follow these thieves everywhere they go and make sure their potential customer base is well aware of what kind of scumbags they are.

You dont like that approach? Fine, dont utilize it. But dont come on here trying to tell everyone how to handle things. Who the hell are you to think you have that right?

But then again, Its also possible that Justyn may make good on any promises that he may have made.

And when the day comes he does make it right with all the people he ripped off then maybe, just maybe, this thread will die and people will quit pursuing him.

Justyn sent me animals -- we're even!

Not anything I expected to happen, but it has. March of 2007 I sent Justyn $660 for snakes that he was supposed to be getting. Then the great debacle, promise after promise, nothing coming through. Until last week! We agreed on some animals that he had, I received them last week. They arrived in good shape, very nice looking. I have certainly doubted his efforts to repay anyone. I have friends he still owes money to. I do have to begrudgingly give him credit, he made good on what I'd ordered and no longer owes me anything.

I have already told Andy that I was unable to make good on any interest but I thought he deserved it. I did tell him that I would let him have additional animals at cost (and pay after he gets them) int eh future, and if I ended up finally getting in a good squam shipment I would send him some animals for free if he pays the shipping. That is all I would be able to do until things improve. I think that was fair.

My name is Sergio Esparza, owner of Chilearacnidos.com, I send a lot of money ( ???? usd ) in tarantulas from Chile to Justyn Miller (Intense Herpetoculture). Without advance of money because the had good references.

The box arrive at hands of Justyn and he should send the money to my account of Bank.

The money never arrive, I write to justyn but does not respond.

After of 1 month, without knowing nothing about justyn the writes me and says that bank had problem with my money and was not sent.

Justyn says, I sent money by Moneygram. THIS WAS 1 WEEK ago AND I NOW do NOT HAVE AGAIN ANSWER OF JUSTYN.

I now see that sells my tarantulas in this forum...
