We called them, no refund. I am sorry the package arrived late, it happens to me all the time, but as long as the animal is healthy I do not see an issue. Yes, I told her I would issue a refund if/when I get one from FedEx. We were told I was not, hence why I have not sent her a refund for $45.00.
Justyn,
It may be obvious to some readers that this is an issue that cannot be proven on the weekend, when the FedEx billing services are closed. When they open Monday, you can be assured that I will be on the phone requesting proof of the refund they told me TWICE was issued. Why would they lie when they know it can be verified?
How do they issue a refund? Simple - the same way you paid them! If you used a credit card, it may take a few days for the credit to show up on your card. If you used a debit card, the same would apply.
Plain common sense......
Someone mentioned "flip-flop"..? Here is a good example:
On Friday, May 11, 2007 - we received this among the emails from Justyn -

I understand that, bt the refund takes paperwork and several weeks or work.
If I take the time to process the refund I expect to be compensated. Is
there anyway you can arrange for the refund? I am sorry the melleri came to
you late, how does it look? Delays happen, but that's just part of life.
Your not going to ask for a refund when there is a traffic jam. Again, I am
not saying you can not get a refund, but I need to talk to FedEx first.

He wrote that after telling me that I chose to stay at home waiting for the package when I could have gone to my doctor's appointment. He said he packs animals so they can survive sitting outdoors for days - regardless of the temperatures. Really!?!? .... not that we saw.
I reminded Justyn that almost every seller's guarantee states that "someone HAS to be there to accept delivery" if a buyers wants the guarantee to be valid. So he retorted with the above (purple). In another email he said he didn't require folks to be home when the animals were delivered. Hmmmmm.....
He also mentioned something about FedEx stating there was a weather delay. The facts: the package was put on the delivery truck at 9:08am and it was delivered at 3:25 pm. It takes me less than 15 minutes to drive to the FedEx hub.
I never asked Justyn for the refund to be sent to us before he was refunded and if I have to post the 20+ emails exchanged - so be it. But please keep in mind that I originally posted to commiserate with what others must be going through when he owes them so much more. Any news on those folks?

And nobody cares that you missed your gyno appointment either. Reschedule it for god's sake. Most of us actually have more at stake here than a mesely $45 for shipping. Craig and I for example are still waiting on approximately $2,000 which still has not been refunded. I find it particularly insulting to listen to you moan and whine over so little when everyone else has such substantial amounts of money at stake to worry about. I would suggest you quit posting as no one cares and you are just pissing people off with your pettiness.
