    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I understand your anger and frustration, but don't you think the vigilante approach is a little over the top? What would that do to solve this issue? If deals were done over the internet, there are pretty specific laws governing internet fraud. You all could bring a class action lawsuit against Justyn, or file a police report... anything else.

Yeah I'm not figuring how this is making him stronger either. In prison he wouldn't make it, only thing getting stronger on him in there would be his :bleep: muscles. He sure isn't showing signs of strength with this situation as he seems to be hiding further away from the issues each day. Like feeling some lumps on his b###s and thinking the cancer will go away by itself :thumbsup: . Have fun in prison for imbezzlement and :lick: :bleep: everyday to stay "strong". Maybe if you're on good behavior the warden will let you dig the moat around the prison for old times sake.

Dr. Owens, I have a hard time believing you actually exist. If that's the best you can come up with, after several years of advanced schooling, maybe you should go back to doing whatever it is that you do.

The authority thing for you is a great idea, the other victims going to his house is not. Not even good to think about a thing like that. They should be placing calls just like you into his local law enforcement. Its frustrating I'm sure, but tell whomever suggested paying him a visit to just chill out and let the law handle it.

I loaned him to Justyn (My PR Man) He can put a positive slant on the VA Tech Massacre, The ultimate optimist......Here is what he says......
"The checks are in the mail.....If you didn't receive yours by now....Justyn's Sloth could of ate it....In that case we'll need to wait till he drops a load,which will be sifted and sent to the reprocessing plant, which could take a few weeks.....We will then re-send said check.....As long as the dog doesn't
eat it next....... :dgrin:

I'm not 100% sure what your intentions are here as far as whether you plan to show up at Justyn's residence or not, but in case you are planning to do so, I think it's a very bad idea. Justyn knows he's got himself into a pickle, and he knows that he owes people money. I don't know Justyn that well, and have only met him a few times, but my hunch is that he intends to make things right as soon as the funds are available to do so. Showing up at his residence isn't going to expedite his ability to pay anyone back. Also, now that you've stated your intentions on a public message board, any and all ambiguity aside, should anything happen to Justyn, guess who's going to be a prime suspect. (My apologies for abusing the right to comma usage in that sentence.)
 
Nothing bad or illegal is going to happen to Justyn. You have to understand some people may be venting their frustrations but I assure you, no one other than Justyn is taking place in illegal practice here.
Justyn said the money orders would be here, they weren't, 4 different people, none of them showed up, given the past excuses and lies, I don't think that's coincidence. Justyn emailed all of us the morning of 5/23/07 and told us to let him know if the money order were recieved or not, and if not he would make it right by Paypal or any other means and said he would be busy until late. One party sent a "money request" via Paypal. I sent Justyn an email stating that I had not recieved the money order and am giving him until 8AM on the 24th to send the money owed to me to my paypal account.
Otherwise, formal charges will be filed with Paypal, his local authorities and the FBI Internert Crimes Division. The only people showing up on Justyn's doorstep will be wearing a badge.
It really is ashame it has come to this, had he told the truth from the beginning alot of this could have easily been avoided. You can't say he has not had many chances to make things right and avoided the situation or lied to cover it. :NoNo:
 
Justyn told me my refund would show up yesterday & if it didn't, to let him know & he would refund my money through paypal. He said he would send it when he got home last night. I emailed him yesterday telling him that my refund did not show up. I sent him a payment request on paypal yesterday.
So of course I checked paypal this morning & (this will be shocking) he did NOT refund my money. It has been over 2 months since I sent him money & all I have received are stupid excuses. So today the authorities will be notified.

Come on I live on the east coast. If I did, its not like he has the snakes I ordered or the money I sent him.
 
Yah, 2 months and a boat load of excuses is a good reason to start getting the authorities involved.

At this point I have contacted the Postal Service (I mailed him a USPS money order), the Fort Worth BBB, and Kingsnake.com. Okay, the last one was sort of as a joke, but I hope the first two can help.

I almost asked yesterday what method people used to pay Justyn for this very reason...

If you paid with a USPS money order then you're golden! If Justyn tired to defraud you after paying with a USPSMO, then he is going to be in more trouble than he's ever imagined over this.

Seriously man...you would have to be an IDIOT to commit federal mail fraud! You REALLY need to get this resolved. At the very least start being open and honest, and communicating with the people to whom you owe money. You do NOT want the US Postal Inspection Service coming after you.
