    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

As of right now, none of us have heard from Justyn since the 23rd where he said he wanted to know if the money orders were recieved and if not he would take care of it by any means necessary ASAP, but of course nothing has been done.
He owes over $3k in refunds right now and has basicly dissapeared.

I sent the money Via Paypal on may 10th and 11th.
I got the animals on or around the 18th

I'm sure we would have recieved our animals also if he actually had them, now it seems he doesn't have the money or the animals and is in hiding and too afraid to come out and be a man about it.

Maybe it will take something real to actually happen to him before he realizes he's not going to be able to hide from this situation.

Authorities have been notified but since I know he's reading this, I'd rather not go into anymore details than that.
 
He is already starting to feel some repercussions from all of this. He's not allowed to advertise on KS. If can't advertise you can't sell (what you don't have), not that he could sell a glass of water to a man in the desert right now.
 
Hey Eric, being in Louisiana, why don't you see if you can get a Haitian priestess to make you a Justyn voo doo doll. You can jab the doll in the head and twist appendages and cause him some serious pain while he's building his ponds. That would be cool.

In order to file a complaint with KS they require you to file a complaint with the FBI's IC3 (Internet Crime Complaint Division). Someone who has not posted on here, as far as I know, has gotten that taken care of already. I know other complaints have been filed but have not yet been processed completely. This is not being taken lightly at all.

I wanted to add that I have done this as well.
I do not take this situation lightly at all.

ok i apparently missed that.

so if Steve and probably a few others are receiving animals from the peru shippment, then surely justyn should have money to start paying back the refunds that he owes to people..

Instead I wasted the $660 I sent Justyn and alot of time waiting to get the animals he said he had.
Now we're working to get it back! :angry:
 
I'm just wondering if Justyn has anything at all to say for himself or if he's going to continue to be a little girl and hide from this situation.

I sent Justyn a money request on paypal and of course heard nothing from him.

It's been a few weeks since this thread has started....it's time to get things resolved, local law enforcement, TX Parks and Wildlife, the FBI and many others are going to be questioning you.....better get ready or run to your "farm" in Bolivia.
 
WOW!!!

I read through a hundred and twenty pages of BS just to see that Justyn did not come through...

I was hoping he would do the right thing for himself but more importantly for the people who got beat...

What a shame...

Man, I feel for you and everyone else who is actually involved... I hope you get whats owed to you... It is unfortunate for all involved and also kills the hobby a little as well...

I waited 2 months and gave him many many chances just to prove to me that he had the snakes.....I guess reading the first few posts that didn't come out, but you see what this has come to. I do some importing also and I would NEVER leave a customer hanging like this, much less five or six.
I don't know if I'll get my money back, but I do know that if I don't he'll get what's coming to him and then some.
 
I don't suppose any of those "lost in the mail" money orders have arrived, have they?
