So in closing I hope Sara & James you can work this out, Good Luck.

bill the only reason i emailed you was to make sure that her threats wasnt real, ive been up all night because i was scared that you and "2 of your marine buddys" were coming after me, i apoligize that i wasted your time, now i can rest in piece,,well hopefully not lol you know.
sara i offered you have of the claim from ups, if you still want it the offer is open, just please stop lieing and be an adult about this, lets just get it over with, like ive been saying forever. if you wouldnt of threatend me i would have never withdrew the offer. however you need to delete this thread and all the rest you put about me, if you dont see half the claim when i get it , your more then welcome to talk about me all you want, all i want is for people to know that i am not a scammer, yeah i messed up on shipping, but with my hectic work scheldule the last two weeks, and ups not coming/being @ssh*les. it happens, just try not to have me whacked like a golf ball before you get half ok?

If you didn't want to then you shouldn't have - simple as that - and no mammal is allowed to be shipped UPS period.

I told her before i shipped that i would replace any bps that were dead on arrival and any africans that were dead on arrival, none were, she didnt even get the package with the afs,fancy,or regular mice in it.

SO then what happened to that package? All died in transit and discarded by UPS according to the tracking info. It doesn't matter that they died because she didn't receive it?

I couldn't force myself to read every single line of those IMs, but I gathered enough to know that I wouldn't purchase from or sell anything to EITHER party involved.

One thing I found disturbing (besides the fact that animals were shipped illegally and had to DIE for the stupidity of it) was one of the items on Sara's EBay feedback....

Completely Nuts! Harrassed me in auctions! Paypal refund in days. SELLER BEWARE!

You are NOT out of the water yet bucko, so dont play innocent.

It dosnt matter if a Cow or a chicken is raised for meat or not. ALL of these animals should have a GOOD quality of life. NO Excuses whatsoever. Why do you think the meat industry gets so much crap from people!? they treat cows and chickens and pigs and whatever else like CRAP. they live in horrird conditions and if it werent for all the medications and vaccinations, disease would run rampant through these facilities!!

Just because theyre food dosnt mean they should be treated like their lives dont matter at all.

From reading both of your IM's and such, i cant say im "pleased" with what i see. but in the same sense I dont think there are many that can say they havent acted like that at one point in their lives or another. EVERYONE has acted stupidly before. unless you somehow have made it in this world perfectly. if so. Bravo.

Sara is still owed Money, or Animals. and that is very clear.

Pictures should be posted here. I want to see the dead snake, and BOTH setups you guys have for these animals. If that snake was sickly when sara got it, i think well be able to see why from the photos of both parties.

According to him he shipped them out LAST monday...then again on tuesday then on wensday then again yesterday....

Ill post something a lil more substantial when and IF he ever finishes his end our transaction.....which all i want at THIS point is a refund which i emailed him to send me last night but i guess he wasnt near a pc to return an email(looking at james last post time and date).. Yeah I guess thats what it was...
