    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

sara if and when i recieve the ups claim (which i doubt i will) you will get half, i cant give you a time frame because i have yet to recieve the form, i will tell them exatly what was in there

I can get new pics up when i replace the power supply in my computer. The laptop i am on now will not allow me to upload pictures off my one and only camera. I will get pics to you within the 30 day health guarantee.
As for any replacements, I do not trust you to ship. So unless it is hand-delivered or a postal money order of value, i am not interested. But thanks.
As for the bipolar. That is no excuse for lying. If you are off your meds, then you should not be running a business or making promises. I should have delt with one or two of the other sane business members.

ok, so i don't know who's right or wrong in this whole mess, but i sent james money last night(half the amount with the other half after a tracking # was received) because he said he needed money to ship me the 2 adult female BP's today, then i got an email from him today saying he had to issue a lot of refunds because of this thread and didn't have the money to ship, and he needed the other half to ship them. here are all emails sent. there was also a phone conversation in between:

He doesn't have a scale, so he's just guessing on the weights. I would not leave it to luck and try to get a refund from him also. There is a reason why he doesn't have any money to ship, no one will buy from him after they actually see the animals or deal with him. The second you question him, he gets hostile.

I want proof that you filed a claim with UPS at all, so I'm not wasting my time waiting on promised cash for weeks. You didn't purchase insurance or declare a value. how do you hope to get $600 out of them? Your promises have been broken before, i have no guarantee that these are any better.
 
Nor do they pay a claim on a perishable that has perished, and their TOS clearly give them the authority to discard any package deemed unsanitary, to include those that may have perishables in them that have perished and may be stinking up the joint !
