Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

The customer was also informed that they have 24 hours to respond regarding the pick up (thats right, pickup) of the DOA animals. We want to see these specimens and pick them up in person.

We have yet to hear a response from this individual since we "called them out" this weekend regarding our doubts and suspicions. Not surprising... lol
 
the customer was ALSO directed by the staff on the forum where this situation originated to come here as well from what I gather..... and I am sure he has received numerous invitations since from many people here LOL

it is more than apparent, especially from the photographic evidence, and these peoples actions in this situation that they were out to scam from the begining. not surprising given the events and statemets\reactions of this customer documented here for all to see.

That's what I thought... there's no post with me asking you to state something you have already stated....your just mad that I disagree with you. You'll get over it. If I insulted you personally or said something out of line, cool I appologize, but I will not applogize for not agreeing with the way you state TOS, SHIP etc...

I agree and apologize i was unable to do so sooner, I should have simply ignored our attorneys advice apparently to please the members of the BOI.

regardless, the the evidence is here. do with it as you see fit, conclusions have already been made and there is really nothing left to discuss. the matter is closed and I honestly do not see anything changing, aside from future charges towards the buyers, if at all possible. and\or at least a visit :)

axtually no, read the first post. it was simply informative. nothing more. it was not a "what should I do?" scenario. it was meant to help inform those on the subject of signature release and guarantees. etc.

But yes, I should have known it would turn into more and I tried like hell to provide what I could without letting the cat out of the bag hoping someone would do it for me. But I ended up doing so anyways, oh wells! :)

Maybe a little bit off topic here ... maybe not. Since this Jamie person is the service member, apparently in Iraq right now, do your communications indicate that this person was complicit in the alledged scam, or was stateside to participate in it and then shipped out, or it was done completely by others here acting on his behalf ? And if they were completely involved, their use of his service as a means to evoke sympathy (money) from you is all the more reprehensible. In Iraq, there are front-line folks who are always in harms way, second line folks who have a higher survivability rate, and then the REMF's. The alledged scam here would seem to imply that this person is a REMF, if in fact that's what happened. In that scenario, all of their attempts to bullrush you into a refund or replacement fit like a glove. To all you rear-echelon folks, I know ....... not all REMF's are bad.

We know because Chris said that they did, dennis. Just because some people here are known liars (including at least one person who has posted on this thread :rolleyes: ) does not make Chris one. He's known to be an honest guy. Look at the feedback here and his trader rating. Is that the mark of a "liar"?

You can choose to believe what you want but making statements like that only continues to chip away at the miniscule bit of credibility that you may retain with anyone on this site.
