The following is my complaint:
Not shipping on the initial date as promised
Not informing me of such until I inquired the following day
The use of a carrier I specifically said I did not want used
A later delivery time then I was told
Very poor packing (pic attached)
Questionable morph (Ghosts? - pic attached)
No paper work for the Boa
Mites on the Boa
Mites on the Albino King Snake (pic attached)
The obvious need to treat all animals received for mites
Kink on the Florida King (pic attached)
Death of the Amel Stripe Corn
Lame excuse of no refund due to his lack of response back to me after he told me to send them back (bolded below in e-mail).

I had really wished to have them shipped yesterday for arrival today as you had previously stated. I had made plans to be here today. Shipping out today (Tuesday) for Wednesday arrival will not work for me. I have an appointment that I cannot get out of and I will not be able to be here to receive the package.
Wednesday shipment for Thursday arrival I can do though.

Dave, me neither man! I paid for 1030 delivery through UPS you can call 423-821-0051 and they will tell you I did and the situation that occurred. He told me that the DHL swap was a noon delivery!! Feel free to call and ask so you know for sure I did soley as we planned and agreed!

Yeah I will send the paperwork I remembered after I dropped them off I was shipping so much but I PROMISE YOU WILL GET IT! The ghosts will lighten as the get older the mom was pretty dark very marked up!! They will be beautiful I actually dreaded sending those two(well mainly all they were my holdback hatchlings will make unreal breeders someday the snows will hold a lot of their pink or should both parents did I usually sold them at like 50 each or a little more and the motleys went for around 75 each so you are very lucky I just am getting into beardies so I needed some space to modify my racks for the beardies tanks I am custom building! If you have a good source for high end color bright beardies let me know!!

I'm rather upset about finding mites on the Boa and Albino Cal King female. I'm also rather upset about the kink in the male Florida King. I find this unacceptable and both should have been disclosed when you represented the animals. Had you, I would not have spent good money on animals that have parasites and defects. If that is the problem, Send them all back since your so unhappy you have not been happy about anything since you purchased them..........shipping as well which is totally out of my hands! I would be will to put my enclosures and racks supplies up against anyones as far as overall niceness and cleanliness!!!! That is what I pride myself in! You are by far the first complaint ever I have everyone backing my corner! Do you need a list of references?? I practically gave you those snakes and you still complain?? Its kinda funny you sent a pic of a snake with mites when I went over everything else I had with a fine tooth comb and found nothing at all!! I don't really know what else you want me to do im not gonna refund your money because you have had the snakes for 5 days now!
