Look, Im not going to rant and rave over this issue! I have told offered to buy the kings back even though randomly that was the only snake out of 126 that had mites.........weird huh? The kink....my mistake! Totally overlooked and didnt noticed which is why i offered to buy them back I have heard nothing of the response. The shipper I gave him the place where i mailed them off they said ups didnt come by taht day and so he sent the dhl ON HIS OWN figuring he was doing me a favor! I even offered dave the number to the place to verify what had happened has he called no! I can give everyone the number they can check! The packing he did himself I am truly sorry first time i have heard that from DAVE and he knows it. The shipping date was off one day because of temps here. I told him he was complaining from jump! I am sending the paperwork for the boa which i forgot (MY BAD) but he is getting it!!! if I was trying to rip him off I would not offer to ship the paperwork after the fact....right! He was a miserable customer and I did everytthing I could all he does his complain but he took 3 days to send the money??? Like I said to make it right I offered to buy back the kings......no response.....as far as shipping its out of my hands! But then again like I said its funny how only one snake in the same rack inclosure as 126 snakes had mites?????? Never had a complaint ever! I love this site and this community and dont want to be looked down upon so i am doing what I think is right in witness by all in offering to buy the kings back yet again and state that paperwork is being sent! Im sorry truly but you all are hearing a complete one sided story as usual all it takes it a post from a moron to ruin someone!

i offered a refund on the kings! I will offer one on the DOA striped (sorry) and I will offer a refund on the ghosts! All the complaints will be taken care of and i will ship him his paperwork! That should be clear right? But like i said about the shipping I didnt pack the box the mail box place did it!! I know to use certain materials! If this does not square away the situation i dont know what will. Like i said that is all complaints taken care of> The only reason snakes where so cheap because people kept emailing me saying I can get snakes for 10 each anykind plus I have xmas coming up! I suppose you have a right to your opinion, but I do find it odd that it is your friend dandy you are asking a free snake for.

Why should he get a free one? Should everyone who gets a crappy packing job and misrepresented snakes get a free one? How are you going to enforce such a edict?

I have a couple questions for you.How can you not notice the kink in that snake when i noticed it right away in the pic? I have never heard of of someone allowing "the mail box place" to package up your snakes for shipping.What would happing if someone stole those snakes what would your excuse be then? I will tell you NOTHING! I believe you packed those snakes just like those pics show and you need to refund the whole purchasing price.I bet it costs more to treat them for the mites and such then your asking price.You should be ashamed of yourself shipping multiple snakes in small deli cups .Someone should notify paypal of your collecting extra to cover there fees and have them close your account .

If you have never had mites how do you know whether or not the cost to treat it is hardly anything? When i had the mite problem a few years back i spent a couple hundred bucks over time getting rid of them forever! Kinda sad you did not take the time to properly pack those snakes.Now who placed that worthless handwarmer in their?

I have a friend that has been in the business of breeding reptiles for over 25 years Once every blue moon he gets mites on one species of Boa. He keeps a very clean facility, a building bigger than most peoples houses. I have been blessed to have dealing with mites even though I start to itch at just the talk of those lovely little bugs. Jason does not have many years experience to the best of my knowledge and if your not looking for mites it is very easy to miss them. but for Future reference if you look in the bottom of the water bowl and see little black specks .....well have fun ...you got mites ( past pet shop experience).

As for shipping, I bought a MS65 high end Buffalo nickle from a guy from Nebraska. I had a tracking number, the coin was on its way according to UPS's website and it vanished. Stuff happens and it's not always good.

I was burned by thr Reptile Ranch a couple of years ago ( true dirt bags) and it still hurts, so I know what it is like. But those of you that hover this website like buzzards looking for potential road kill, give Jason the chance to fix what he and the customer need to work out, Jason is a honest guy and he'll make it right or he won't get a Chistmas card from me. Anyone that keeps boids would know that mites can happen and are not only unhealthy for any snake but also have the potential to carry a host of other problems.

I have never shipped anything live and even i know not to ship snakes like that. Even if you didn't pack the shipment the responsibility still falls with you.

I'm a bit confused by the "letting the guy at the mail box place" pack the snakes as well.

Did you supply the proper box, insulating materials, and a 40 hour heat pack, and he just chose to throw it all away and use stuff he found laying around? Did you have the snakes neatly tucked into individual deli cups, and he decided take the snakes out, to cram bunches of them all together for some unknown reason?

The "out to lunch" excuse just doesn't fly. If people would just admit to their mistakes and do their best to make them right, things are viewed in a different light than when people try to make all kinds of lame excuses for their lack of knowledge and/or care for the animals.

And the whole "burning crosses" reference....wow, that was uncalled for and pretty over-the-top, don't you think? Sure, some of us tend to get pretty upset when animals are shipped in sub-par conditions that may cause them to suffer....but that's just a bit drama-queen, isn't it?
