I really don't see where he agreed that you paid the full amount in that email (all I see is you telling him to give you money) and seeing as Jay likes to post responses back to back, I would like a header for that most recent email because I have a sneaking suspicion that Jay jumped the gun answering your email and the following email addresses the refund. POST EVIDENCE OF A RECEIPT FROM YOUR ACCOUNT TO HIS FOR THE MISSING $450.

Personally, it's shocking to me to read the email he sent you and see your response. He seems like he did everything except give you his life blood to make this deal work and he even compromised on his 50% deposit policy for you and is only asking for $300 instead of the full $625 he is entitled to. I'm sort of getting the feeling that you realized it was a lot of money, changed your mind and started a BOI after he tried to work things out with you because he seemed like he really did want to sell to you; ESPECIALLY in that last email.

We never did get the name of your attorney by the way, or heard your side of the whole cobra mess.

Basically, Samantha claims she paid Jay $1250 for a couple of snakes. She can only at this point prove that she paid $800. With that said, Jay has a 50% non-refundable deposit policy (in this case, half of $1250 is $625) which he decided to be lenient on and only requested to keep $300. In the mean time, he has been scrambling trying to find proper heat packs and sounds like he offered to send an ADDITIONAL snake as a "sorry this is turning out to be a hassle" sort of thing.

She wants $1250 which she hasn't proven that she paid and we're just waiting for Jay to get back and give us his rebuttal on the whole situation. That's it so far I guess; but things might change.

Nothing ever happened with the cobras aside from me going out and spending money for nothing to prepare. the actual owner of the cobras (the one she claimed she bought them from) posted them on the forums up here in Canada for free today. Im not touching them of course, just letting everyone know what happened with the cobras!

Thanks Chelsea that made it easier to understand. All I have to say is I read the emails and she was getting a hell of a deal on some great morph snakes and he was going to throw another one in there fo free wow Good Luck Jay. Also just my 2 cents that if somone has to use a few different names for the same business they are usually trying to hide something i see it all the time when i do clients tax returns.

I WAS going to donate them DIRECTLY to a zoo even under my expense. I put my life in danger for her and she attempted to set me up to take my cash for this.
Im EXTREMELY upset at the fact that she did this, but I caught on from the start that it may be a set up of somesort with her lack of communication. She was unsure of how long her hooks were, couldnt send me specific photos (her name on a paper of the enclosure) etc. I still had the heart to be willing to do this for her....and she just shot it down the drain and turned her phone off. I had a friend travel long distances to help me out and all for nothing.


Over all, quite upset with the fact I was put into this situation (out of good intentions and heart) and just slapped in the face.



Im pretty tempted to call authorities...but Im not an asshole.

You should really stop to think that if you were a little more respectable, didn't run your mouth (this is very unprofessional) then things would have went a lot smoother. I went out of my way to ship with Reptiles Express and I couldn't find the proper 72 hour heat packs that the shipment needed at that time.

You have already screwed people over. The only moments that are negative are from you on 2 separate accounts. And just for the record Andrew is Iceman11 lol and honestly he can say what he wants I let that kid stay at my place for free during the reptile expo, Ask anyone, my animals are top quality mite free snakes, if you learned how to speak to people instead of swearing and threatening you would get farther in life.

If you took your own advice and you payed people back that you screwed over and sent them a snake that died within 24 hours which all my are guaranteed for 48 after arrival.

You didn't pay for them over 2 months ago. The last payment was received on Oct 26 it is Dec 7 and the whole package isnt payed for. Do the math Samantha It was 41 days since the last payment was received... I need the remaining $450, I've had it I'm not arguing and playing these games with you.

I will go to the BOI to show that you are not a customer to buy from, and you do not make payments on time and you make huge accusations and start rumors, and lie about snakes and services I have sold to other people.

I would like the names of the people that the snakes have died. Because I have never once receive any notification from any customer. Look at other posts. In 2 weeks someone can kill a snake once in there care. There is lots on RC and the BOI about people that don't properly care for there animals.

I have tried to be work with you and you just keep on throwing things about my company and me. I have lots of people that will back up all my animals are healthy and well cared for and have lots of customers that will vouch for there dealing with me and the gorgeous animals I have sold.

I have all the emails and all the infor about the payments and shipping.

You don't drive so you said you can't receive the snakes so I contacted RE to get them shipped to your door and its a 2 day shipment because they don't cover that area. Your more than welcome to try and go to the BOI I have all the emails and all the dates from our conversations. The emails from the days I booked the shipmentsm, You need to send the remaining $450 and the snakes will be shipped out. And also got the emails from Sam at RE

So if want to do what you gotta do, I have all the information and messages that state everything and I was going out of my way and you just right away start threatening and say your going to run to the BOI. If you want like I said have every message from start to finish Samantha.

See this is why I only do this for a hobby because if I had to deal with customers that act like this on a daily biases. Send me a refund or Im going to the BOI... I have posted a thread and ALL the big breeders agree that I should have a refund as you didnt fulfill the agreed shipment date. And no heat packs is a bunch of crap, I have talked to a few breeders in BC and they have told me that Princess Auto, Canadian Tire, and almost EVERY other auto shop has them. So either send back the $800 which was paid or Im going to the BOI. Its that simple. You dicking me around, and other breeders didnt even have to ask they already knew about you without me even mentioning your name. Pretty funny how out of all of BC they picked you isnt it? Other breeders agree with me. So refund my money since you have no intention of even sending me what I paid for.

Im sorry again for getting a little frustrated with this situation its rediculous and i have tried to work with Samantha but nothing was good enough. And there were always threats and name calling and this and that, The whole Single mom thing she has also used i the emails when she couldnt make a payment but she has a fiance that emailed me also so she was just using that too make me feel bad. Which i did and waited a few more days for some more money.

I wish i could post text messages because thats were it all went sour! Some of the things tha come out of this womans mouth. I cannot believe it. Also like i said before the whole thing about her being a single mom is BS also because i got this email from her boyfriend. She is acting like she paid for a package in full which she never did. And im sorry she didnt only give me $300 i never stated this i stated she never paid in full. And has caused alot of head ache and issues, Especially with her mouth and how she talks about people and talks to you if she doesnt get her way, Even if that is changing arrangments that were agreed apon! Looks like Samantha never paid for these snakes in full! And the fact that the only "receipt" that she's "missing'' is the for the $450 that Jay claims he never received is quite the shocker (/sarcasm).

To Jay: This woman does need a refund though. She gave you $800 and changed her mind so just refund her minus the 50% non-refundable deposit of $625 and call it a day [she is definitely not entitled to a full $800 refund or the $1250 she claims she gave you with no solid proof].

Please post once you have given her the $175; it's the fairest thing to do and yes, I know she was being difficult but you can't withhold money that isn't part of the non-refundable deposit just because someone is being a pain in the butt. That's why deposits are there: to save you from situations like this and to help you cope with the missed sales, wasted time and the cost of keeping the snakes for longer than anticipated.

Break it off, refund her $175, keep the 50% deposit and go and sell the snakes to someone that actually pays you in full. :)
 
Jay: If you would like to post text messages from her, here is a tutorial on how to get them from your phone to your email. I just tried this and it works like a charm!

Warning though; if you do this and you post her texts and there are curse words [which you claimed there would be], be sure to block them out so you won't get pinged by the mods.
 
So there is still missing $450 missing in payment, no proof of the full $1250 she claims to have payed, and a bonus of making negative feedback post of mites, dead/sick animals, and other slanderous remarks against Jay in a different website?

You Samantha have made it on my "do not do business" with list. Even if you did make full payment you crossed a big line by attacking someones reputation with lies and slander to make him look bad out of spite. That is childish and flat out wrong.
