Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

and you claim you make hundreds of transactions every year yet you only have two positive comments on RC... Kind of funny to me. This would all be settled if you just sent me the $625 you owe me. You profited $625 off your lies and excuses. Consider yourself ahead of the game.
 
Well I have proof I made the direct payment to your account. plus a text where you stated you got it. I thought I was making a smart move getting this package to start my business. Havent you taken enough money from myself and my two babies? Theres a reason you dont even have a legit website.

I own my domain.... So how is it not legit. And think about what your saying you were going to put YOUR CHILDREN IN HARMS WAY... You asked someone to remove Cobras because you were terrified of them but got them in a great deal.... This is what really scares me if you can put HOTS around your kids when your not comforitable with them.... This is a serious issue thats like leaving a loaded gun on the table..... Ive had enough of the BS and am done with you. And anyone who see' this thread will realize this...

dude this is crazy stuff. this is why you never do payments. live and learn. should have put it on a paypal account or credit card. look jay a little tip for ya, never go off topic. who cares what she does in her own home has nothing to do with the problem at hand. you start to look small. Do not argue with an idiot. He will drag you down to his level and beat you with experience. this goes for both of ya just sayin.

It was not dealt with properly. I deposited another another 4450 into your account that you have not refunded me for. You have made up emails. I can do the same that you have done its not hard. You obviously have no life as you sit and make up emails to save your own hide. I paid you $1250 and you know it! And your site is not legit as its a free website. Webs.com you do not have to pay for. You claimed you did this as a hobby and on a payment plan for "100 breeders" is not a hobby. So refund the $450 you owe me. Your not making yourself look very good. i have provided proof that i have paid you. And you know I have paid you or you wouldnt be making flight bookings and sending me the info.
 
And you would not be making up emails and what not if you were being honest. You have not been honest with everyone reading this thread. Tell them how you have made up over 20 excuses not to send what I have paid for and give me a refund. Believe me the only person messing around here is you. Anyone would get ticked off after excuse after excuse. you have had my full payment since the 26th of October.
 
first off samantha all the extra stuff you add does not help. present all the proof you have and it will speak for its self. I really don't see Jay as the bad guy in this. I myself would have stopped the deal after you missed the first payment. remember breeders, hobbyist or professionals want to sell the animal and make a fast easy transaction. He really was going the extra mile for you.
 
The proof is all through out this thread. I have posted screen shots of each EMT sent to him which he accepted. The total between the 3 of those is $800, plus if you go back a page or two in this thread you can see the receipt of the direct deposit of $450 to his account. Making THE FULL $1250. yeah Idk samantha I could not read it. I will say to jay if your holding the 50% nonrefundable deposit I would just give it back. its a deal that went bad for both parties and this is the reason I wholesale my stuff. next time samantha put it on a credit card or bank card. I have one card I purchase snakes on if its more then I can pay cash or if the person needs to ship me the snake. It sucks for both of you I know and I kinda feel bad for both of ya. best of luck to the you both and remember reptiles are the best hobby in the world.

Well which is it now? Did he profit $625 or $1250? He just paid you $175 so if you in fact paid the $1250 like you said you did instead of the $800, why wouldn't you be demanding $1075 since it's clear to me that you want a full refund?

AND, just to throw some more math out there for you, IF you did pay him the full amount, he has already paid you $175 so that minus the $625 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT is only $450. And that's IF you paid him in full [It's a little shady to me to be consistent with one payment method and then for the "payment in question" do a completely different type of transaction, but hey, that's just my own red flags going up] you wouldn't be asking for a $625 refund, you would be asking for a $450 refund.

There is something inconsistent with your story and the fact that you talk in circles, avoid direct answering of simple questions and just your general attitude just put a bad taste in my mouth.
 
Ive done payment plans before and all went well. This is my first issue and Ive dealt with 15 breeders now. The deal he is claiming is he keeps 50% The total was $1250 so he still owes me $450 as he sent me $175. And his claim for "that wasnt his account" where the $450 went. They wouldnt have deposited it into someones account that wasnt correct. They ask the name on the account before they put it in.

While I do not condone belittling someone over personal matters when dealing with a BOI thread, I also don't condone someone who uses their own children as a human shield to further their own cause by making people feel sorry for them.

So it went from $625 to $450 just like that? You posted the "I want $625" post AFTER you had received the $175 payment so now you've made up your mind? It's only $450 now?

$450 that is questionable at best. You didn't answer my questions or others questions pertaining to this because believe it or not, we have some. You dodging questions is not only shady, but it really speaks volumes.

It's really strange to me to see all the emails Jay AND yourself posted, seeing him trying to work the deal out for you by bending over backwards, accommodating you because you didn't have a car to pick the snakes up from the airport AND throwing in a free snake and you can sit there and label him a monster with no feelings.
