    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Hey Samantha, So here's the deal. The snakes would have already been
on the plan. I have went to 2 Walmarts, 2 camping stores and 3 pet
stores looking for the 72 hour heat packs. I can't send them unless
they have them. And its getting very upsetting. I usually don't ship
past Nov1 st. And this is the exact reason. I have only ever found 48
hour heat packs and they just won't do for a 2 day shipment. I only
got 2 hours sleep last night because I was running around to fellow
breeders looking for 72 hour heat packs.

I have been working 12-15 hour days and then running around after to
try and find the heat packs for your and 2 other shipments that need
to go out. My boss said I had yesterday off and then I got called in.

Hey Samantha, So here's the deal. The snakes would have already been
on the plan. I have went to 2 Walmarts, 2 camping stores and 3 pet
stores looking for the 72 hour heat packs. I can't send them unless
they have them. And its getting very upsetting. I usually don't ship
past Nov1 st. And this is the exact reason. I have only ever found 48
hour heat packs and they just won't do for a 2 day shipment. I only
got 2 hours sleep last night because I was running around to fellow
breeders looking for 72 hour heat packs.

I have been working 12-15 hour days and then running around after to
try and find the heat packs for your and 2 other shipments that need
to go out. My boss said I had yesterday off and then I got called in.

Oh and another thing I just talked to a few of the BIG REPUTABLE BREEDERS that are friends and they have all said the same thing. They have not seen a 72 hour heat pack anywhere they are usually custom orders to get them from the states/Ontario. They have also agreed that everything I am doing and how I have ran around to try and get them shipped to your door is above and beyond what they would do. Especially after the terms on your end were not met.

I just want you to get the snakes and have this done. They also agree with me on my grounds and the prof I have about this whole situation.

And they love how people say things about other people when they won't actually give up names or prof of these accusations.

The snakes will be on the plane Saturday or sunday need to see the flights going through first. I'm booking the flight right now. They will need to be picked up sunday or Monday. I will email you all the info tonight.

I never let you down a dozen times. I have all the Emails and dates to Samantha. And the 72 hour heat packs are no were I went to Princess auto this morning and Canadian Tire. There is 20 hour heat packs.

Dealing with customers like you is always pleasant, First off she missed many payments that we agreed on and the reason were she is a single mom. That's beside the point I still let her take the package. A nother thing I ask for 50% non refundable deposit. She only gave me $300 when the first few payments were missed I could have just said I'm keeping the deposit because we agreed on a time and days the payments would be made.


My website it says in my terms I do not ship From October 31st to March 1st. So I was going to try and get them to her. I cannot ship without 72 hour heat packs for the snakes. They would be in transit for 48 hours. I have all the emails and can prove I have done all on my end if you really want to go that way. Just know a lot of times customers make them selves look bad because of situations like this.

I'm not having snakes get sick or die in transit because you want them to you asap I have a 100% health guarantee, if I send snakes and didn't care I could not offer this guarantee.

I also told Samantha I work full time. And it is very hard for me to go the 2 hour drive to the airport after a 15 hour day. There also was only certain days she could receive the snakes. So because I was working and busy I'm not going to rush around and miss work/prior arrangements without the proper heat packs. You don't obviously know that air transport is hard on the snakes in this weather and without the proper heat will get sick RI or can die!

I have bent my rules and terms for Samantha that has done nothing but cause me a headache. There was a few things that a lot of bigger breeders would have just kept the deposit and moved on. I was trying to work with her and get the snakes shipped. I even was going to ship a 2 day shipment which I didn't want to do because she wanted them. All my terms are on my website. Now I will go by them!

The snakes will be shipped after march 1st, that is my terms on my website and have been like that for a years. I have tried to make this work for her and then I get an email like this. The Deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE this is why I say this before I take a deposit and it is why it is in my terms on my website.

There is no fraud I'm am looking out for the animals and my behalf, you and Samantha obviously do not know the process in shipping snakes. The heat packs I need are not easy to get anywhere and have only seen them once in all my years of keeping snakes.

Yes but I am shipping with Reptile express. The shipment is in transit for 12 hours on the plane and a nother 10-12 hours to get delivered to your door. That's why it has to be 72 hour heat packs. Technically yes it could have been closed when you transferred (if infact you did). If you did the deposit after 12 or 5 pm (depending on your bank) it would not have transferred until the next day or 24 hours later. Plus the transfer will be put in pending status for 24 hours so if he did cancel/close the account that day or the day before it would appear to you that it went through, but would have been rejected the next day or two and the funds retruned to your account if you did bank to bank.

Do you have a screenshot of your account showing you did not receive the money back 7 days following? Might help.

Oh and another thing I just talked to a few of the BIG REPUTABLE BREEDERS that are friends and they have all said the same thing. They have not seen a 72 hour heat pack anywhere they are usually custom orders to get them from the states/Ontario. They have also agreed that everything I am doing and how I have ran around to try and get them shipped to your door is above and beyond what they would do. Especially after the terms on your end were not met.

I just want you to get the snakes and have this done. They also agree with me on my grounds and the prof I have about this whole situation.

And they love how people say things about other people when they won't actually give up names or prof of these accusations.

The snakes will be on the plane Saturday or sunday need to see the flights going through first. I'm booking the flight right now. They will need to be picked up sunday or Monday. I will email you all the info tonight.

I never let you down a dozen times. I have all the Emails and dates to Samantha. And the 72 hour heat packs are no were I went to Princess auto this morning and Canadian Tire. There is 20 hour heat packs.

Dealing with customers like you is always pleasant, First off she missed many payments that we agreed on and the reason were she is a single mom. That's beside the point I still let her take the package. A nother thing I ask for 50% non refundable deposit. She only gave me $300 when the first few payments were missed I could have just said I'm keeping the deposit because we agreed on a time and days the payments would be made.


My website it says in my terms I do not ship From October 31st to March 1st. So I was going to try and get them to her. I cannot ship without 72 hour heat packs for the snakes. They would be in transit for 48 hours. I have all the emails and can prove I have done all on my end if you really want to go that way. Just know a lot of times customers make them selves look bad because of situations like this.

I'm not having snakes get sick or die in transit because you want them to you asap I have a 100% health guarantee, if I send snakes and didn't care I could not offer this guarantee.

I also told Samantha I work full time. And it is very hard for me to go the 2 hour drive to the airport after a 15 hour day. There also was only certain days she could receive the snakes. So because I was working and busy I'm not going to rush around and miss work/prior arrangements without the proper heat packs. You don't obviously know that air transport is hard on the snakes in this weather and without the proper heat will get sick RI or can die!

I have bent my rules and terms for Samantha that has done nothing but cause me a headache. There was a few things that a lot of bigger breeders would have just kept the deposit and moved on. I was trying to work with her and get the snakes shipped. I even was going to ship a 2 day shipment which I didn't want to do because she wanted them. All my terms are on my website. Now I will go by them!

The snakes will be shipped after march 1st, that is my terms on my website and have been like that for a years. I have tried to make this work for her and then I get an email like this. The Deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE this is why I say this before I take a deposit and it is why it is in my terms on my website.

There is no fraud I'm am looking out for the animals and my behalf, you and Samantha obviously do not know the process in shipping snakes. The heat packs I need are not easy to get anywhere and have only seen them once in all my years of keeping snakes.

Alright, so I sorted through the emails and found the part that I was looking for:

In your emails dated October 3rd, he gives his account information. Then he emails you later in the day to ask if you have deposited the money into his account. Then, on the 26TH OF OCTOBER, you give him confirmation that you sent him $50. Not the $450 that you're claiming you direct deposited into his account.

Funny thing I'm also noticing, it seems like Jay writes back after receiving payment telling you that he has in fact received payment...but that seems to be missing for the $450 in question.

AND ANOTHER THING: I get that you texted a lot but there are HUMONGOUS gaps of time between you and him and a lot of the time, you claim to have sent him numerous emails in the "gap". I posted a tutorial on here on how to get text messages to your email. Feel free to post all text messages if you are going to claim that key information is via text.

You're more than welcome to post pictures of the full receipt as chad has asked as well.

Am I the only one who has noticed these conflicting statements? I stopped reading her emails after this one by her "husband".

Samantha thank you for posting those. There does seem to be a few gaps, but there is one evident thing. Jay never asked for any remaining money due after him stating he recieved the payment in Oct. He went strait to planning the shipment.

I will ship the Snakes this weekend, if this doesn't work for you I will give you a refund Minus the $300 NO-REFUNDABLE deposit.

Also this changes things up. He stated in the beginning he would work with you on the non-refundable payment and stated that the non-refundable deposit is $300.

Think the two of you need to work this out, the story has too many loose ends to tie up for the BOI community to really offer any help.

From what you both have provided, Samantha has payed up, but took too long to do it. Stated in Jays TOS he will not ship after 31 Oct which was agreed upon before the initial payment was made. So no matter what he say in his responses back on he will ship now or now or now out of courtesy, he still has that to fall on because Samantha agreed to it before making a payment.

Way I see it, Jay either refund her as she requested (now the correct amount since you did state the non-refundable is $300) out of the Total $1250 unless you can otherwise prove she did not pay you.

OR

Samantha you wait until Spring to recieve your animals.



None the less both Samantha and Jay have learned a lesson.
1. Dont stick with a sale if someone doesnt make payments on time or in the correct amount
2. Dont buy something you cannot for sure afford.

Hopefully this gets resolved.
 
If you read my receipt he was paid the $450 on the 4th of october. At the time I started this whole payment plan I was a single mother as i was separated from my childrens father. Then when we became friends again he sent him that email to try and get some justice. The CIBC receipt shows $450 was deposited into his account on the 4th and the last payment was received on the 26th. We planned for the snakes to be shipped on october 31st and he missed it obviously. Like someone told me if he missed it he should have done everything to get them on the next available flight. Like I said i had no internet for a few days. Hence why I was texting not emailing. Thats why there was a big gap during october.
