    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

And you dont believe me because he claims his account was closed? I got news for you you cannot put money into an account that does not exist. Before they put money into the account they ask you the name on account if the name doesnt match they dont put the money in. I have provided pictures and screen shots. How can you not believe me? Your not the one who got ripped off $1250

Again, you must have not read my post in full. I gave you reasons why I didn't believe you and you've decided to make an assumption that I don't believe you because he closed his account? "I got news for you"...that's not the reason. Please read, soak it up, comprehend, then respond. Thanks! :D

Samantha....your desired refund numbers have changed multiple times now, you seem to not even know the numbers correctly for the story your trying to tell us.
 
And you have chosen not to believe as Jay claims he has evidence.... But you know he made up half the emails. Notice that they are not screen shots? Just copied and pasted. You can add or remove what ever you want from it to make yourself look good.

*facedesk* WOW, I don't know how far you can stray from what I actually said but you are trying admirably! PLEASE, for the love of sanity, go read my previous posts and figure out why I don't believe you because so far, you're hitting everything BUT the nail.
 
I have read almost all your posts.... You asked for proof that the agreed amount was $1250 including shipping. I did that. You asked for screen shots of each EMT. I did that. You asked for my receipt of the $450 into his account. I did that. I have shown you all the proof that he was paid the full amount. I do not see how you still do not believe he wa paid and never shipped...
 
Most email proof on the BOI is copy and pasted with headers. Can you give us the entire set of emails you have then? to show any changes?

Post #91. Read it. Re-read it. Find why I don't believe you. It's as clear as day in that post.

Also, please address Willow's concerns. The fact that we are still having to question you by the 11th page is strange in and of itself.
 
I have also done payment plans, and always email the seller after each payment to get confirmation of each payment. Do you have emails like this? Between you and the seller, not a confirmation email from the company dealing with the money.

Samantha: If you want to make your case more legitimate, calm down, relax and dont get so upset when someone ask you a question because you are not making any sense. You are acting juevenile and its not helping your case at all. Also the only legitimate peice of evidence you have posted was a reciept for a transaction that we cannot even see the bottom which should contain the account number of where you transfered it too. Otherwise it is irrelevant it just shows you transfered $450 dollars which you could have given to anyone to include yourself to make a shot at proving your case. Show the full reciept if you can with blacked out the first half of the acct # with Jays name if you can. Otherwise it is not helping you. Also what gives you the right to personally attack Jays reputation as a good breeder (with two accounts...) when you could not make payments on time or in the amount you originally promised. If anything he should have canceled the deal at the first payment you missed.

Now for Jay: If you could please get a screenshot or photo of a bank statement from the time period of 1 OCT 2012 thru 31 OCT 2012 to infact show that you have not recieved the $450 that will help your case. Well which is it now? Did he profit $625 or $1250? He just paid you $175 so if you in fact paid the $1250 like you said you did instead of the $800, why wouldn't you be demanding $1075 since it's clear to me that you want a full refund?

AND, just to throw some more math out there for you, IF you did pay him the full amount, he has already paid you $175 so that minus the $625 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT is only $450. And that's IF you paid him in full [It's a little shady to me to be consistent with one payment method and then for the "payment in question" do a completely different type of transaction, but hey, that's just my own red flags going up] you wouldn't be asking for a $625 refund, you would be asking for a $450 refund.

There is something inconsistent with your story and the fact that you talk in circles, avoid direct answering of simple questions and just your general attitude just put a bad taste in my mouth.

The ONLY reason he was paid the $450 into his bank account is because my internet was under repairs so I asked if I could just do a deposit into his account. I have the receipt so this is very clear he was paid. The account numbers match. I am entitled to a 50% refund so $625 minus the $175. Which still leaves the $450.

Yes please post this. The account was not closed when the deposit was put into the account or they wouldnt have put it in.

Please post emails to prove he said it was okay to deposit it directly into his account. Also, please post the full receipt as Chad has asked and also ALL emails between you and Jay, not just cherry picked emails. ALL --> from the first time you contacted him about the snakes to the last email you EVER sent him.

You claim he is fabricating his emails: PROVE IT.

Negative Samantha. You show a reciept that A transaction occured but nothing in the picture shows to WHOM. This proves nothing but that you have transfered $450 but could be to anyone.

Show the pull reciept please if you expect us to consider it legitimate proof.
 
I have done wire transfers from bank to bank as well as cash (from pocket) to bank and my reciepts show a name. See if you can bet a printout from the bank with more description Samantha they should be able to do that for you if you show them this reciept.
