    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

nope, he cant be charge with pretenting to a lawyer cuse he never stated that. but they can be charged for another fraud if they are pretending to be Mr Hart if in fact there is no Mr Hart. i was just searching to see if there was any David N Hart that was a lawyer in the areas they are or where they were planing on going aswell as the CA email addy that was found attached to the email

I never said he WAS an attorney, I said he was trying to act like one. I think legally if they were to tell me to cease and desist, they would not be sending me an email but a courier to my door with papers.

They seem to feel like I have some HUGE part in whats going on regarding them. They specifically mentioned "a" posting on CL stating that I posted it, my PayPal dispute, Facebook, and some other little things I may or may not have done. I think this is why I got the cease desist email. Well, that and my email address is something that they readily have available to them.

I do want to thank you Christina for giving me, yet, MORE proof for my case against you though. ;)

If all you have is my PayPal dispute, some CL posting, this thread, and some wannabe Attorney/Lawn mower man, just ask me for my attorneys name and number and its yours. Your pockets arent deep enough to cover my attorney's fees should you lose;)

All of you have contacted the Flint police department, and have been told the same thing, you need to file of civil suit.

FYI, any of you assholes try to show up at my house, please be aware, I have a ccw for a Glock, 9mm, and a Smith & Wesson 9mm with training on how to use them both, and will in fact if I feel my life or family members including Jeff & Christina and especially their children are threatened.

You have no idea the means that I will go to to protect Jeff & Christina and more so their children.

Please be aware that a restraining orders are in the process for each and everyone that site, especially Maggie, David, and now yourself. The theft of their reptiles that you guys tried to pull off is also on record. You guys are the ones who are doing all of the crimes.

You see they don't allow animals in that little hellhole you live in "Wise Guys". If you think the area you live in now is bad, wait to you find yourselves on the street. Try me, thieves. Were moving forward in many areas.

Maggie, glad life moves on. Is your PayPal clear yet, or are you able to establish one of your own, as I think the other one was in Chuck's name ? Whatever you think best, but a few of us would like to be able to continue to dribble money in, and know it eventually ends up with you, and not in Limbo.
