Yes, and I am very dangerous when I do get pissed. I know the wheels of justice are very slow and have expected this to take some time and with this being an election year and Cox just getting voted out of office it is going to take even longer. Nonetheless, I will not let this go, and I will continue to pursue this until I know these two answer for what they have done!

Since these complaints involve criminals working on a national and often international basis, we ask citizens to also provide information to the federal government's Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3) – a partnership between the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the National White Collar Crime Center, and the Bureau of Justice Assistance. You guys are wonderful and I am so glad I joined!

First off, I would like to say that this thread started before I joined, not 2 months before i joined so I don't have the pleasure of knowing many people on here.

None the less, Steve, Dave, many, many of you, ( i don't remember everyone, sorry) have shown such heart, compassion, kindness, devotion, unwavering loyalty to Maggie that it is amazing. Everything from consoling her after her loss, the first attempts at donating to her, standing by and supporting her through these roller coaster events.. It is just inspiring. This world would be a better place if more people stepped up and helped each other out as many of you have done for Maggie.

Dear Maggie, I've never met you and probably never will but I have to say you are a wonderfully strong woman with wonderful kids who will grow up correctly because you take the time to make sure they know right from wrong and I know your husband is looking down on you from heaven right now smiling to see how his family has grown through these trying events and how you have come to find solace in his own friends here on FC. This whole thread was so moving from speechless astonishment and explosive anger, to sincerely heartbreaking.

( I can't find the post to quote, sorry) Your daughter is right, you're not supposed to break promises. That in itself made me want to cry. Your family goes through this tragedy, are swept up and over joyed by the out pouring of support, then you fell after finding out that the money wasn't there, that those TICKS (thats how they come off to me) spent more than what you said they could use, snuck in money to cover their bills (it is rather evident where everything else went as shown in prior posts and pics) but to break promises to young children like that.. That is so disheartening. Then as this thread took off the support continued to grow and everyone was/is willing to help they dropped that bomb. Just the header of your notice and I shouted B! I was so happy to find out as I read that the reversal never went through. I can go on and on, but that is not the point.. If you or any of your children need anything, this community is obviously very friendly, inviting and you already have family here but I wold also like to throw my hat in as well, if you guys need anything don't hesitate to pm me and let me know. (LOL, I can't believe I read that thread straight however, I started at noon and it is now 6am)

I would like to rant and rave about how corrupted those ticks are but it would do no one any good. I am just glad that so many people are moving forward into getting things fixed and making sure they get their just desserts.

Believe it or not I was able to speak with a human. How useful that will be is yet to be seen. I was told that I was the only complaint then I gave them Steve's name and they were oh yeah, that person was asked for more info. I then told her that the info I provided was the info requested from Steve. Obviously they didn't bother to read the cover sheet explaining this. So much for making it idiot proof. They didn't even bother to read what I sent to them.

I was told they would review what I sent with a supervisor (who's name I did get) and they would get back to me. If not, I will hunt down the supervisor and then find out who the supervisor's supervisor is and go from there.

Rick, hadn't you made a complaint to the Attorney General too?

Seems like you guys are slogging uphill through giant molasses-soaked snow drifts. But even slow progress IS progress. Don't give up (I know you won't!) and eventually this very squeaky wheel WILL get the attention it deserves. The wheels of justice will finally get a little oil, and the wheels of Fools will finally get kicked.

Yes I filed with them. I also spent $50+ to send you a packet you were going to deliver since you were heading there already. That packet should have had every detail concerning my side of things.

Did you deliver that? I never got a confirmation from you because work picked up for me and I didn't call back to confirm it.

Christina has sent me friend requests on facebook, which I obviously have ignored, but she has also been sending me messages. She basically said that she has asked god's forgiveness and that her and me have "moved on with our lives" and she wants my forgiveness...........ha ha ha........anyway, I couldn't copy and paste the whole thing, but the following is my reply to her. Let me just say, that I love you guys and miss you, but like I said, seeing the screen up hurts, it's like he should be sitting here, not me.

I don't think you'll get banned for a few curse words aimed at a well-deserving target. Just a few infraction points.

I rarely.....rarely...ever want to truly physically hit someone. But after reading your post, the nearly insane urge to slap her across the face as hard as I can just took over. I can not believe the nerve of that.....that..... sub-human piece of slime.

It is GOOD to see your name here again! I know I have wondered how you and the kids are. I do understand your thoughts that you do have pain seeing the Fauna page. But YOU do belong here. Everyone wants to see you now and again if that is all that can be managed and hear from you. Getting updates on the kids and yourself.

I for one, (I know all the others in these posts must feel the same) feel very protective of you and your family and to see her message does bring out rage. I can only imagine some pretty good drugs make her feel she can even contact you let alone say you two can move on or forward. What else could it be other than drugs? Her/their poor kids....wow

Did she happen to leave an indication as to where they are at? A new phone number, or mention of a city/state they are living in, some sort of contact info? Any little tidbit like that might help to track them down when the law finally does decide to do their job.

Hey Rick!! She didn't say anything other than she had asked for God's forgiveness and now she was asking for mine. She has friend requested me twice and this is the second time she sent me basically the same message. She still has her redneck wedding picture as her profile picture, that is all I could see. If I hear back from her, I'll let you know ASAP.

Wow, that woman's got a lot of nerve! I HATE when people try to use their religious ties to excuse their actions. If she wants forgiveness, she would start with making things right. She seriously sounds like an attention ... grabber.

Unfortunately, I'm not surprised that the authorities haven't done much. I'm not anti-law enforcement - I know especially with budget cuts they have to pick and choose what to follow up on. I just wish, especially when others have done all the work for them, that they would do something.

I remember getting my checkbook stolen from work, and someone cashed a check for $300 before the checks were canceled. My bank made me do work to try to resolve the issue. The place that cashed a stolen check made a copy of the person's driver's license. I gave that copy with a copy of the stolen check to the police. Both places refused responsibility - the city PD said that because the check book was stolen on campus, it was a university PD issue. They said that because the check was used off campus, that it was a city issue. Nothing ever got done and they got away with it. It's frustrating that some jerk got away with it, even though I had a copy of the driver's license.

I've been following this since I've been back on the site the past months. I understand the frustration from everyone. This is a lot more money total, and for an important cause. It's disgusting that they will most likely not face charges. I wish there was more that could be done, especially when she continues contact and kind of rubs everyone's face in it by asking for forgiveness without making an effort to fix things.
