In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Bad Guy Jeff and Christina Wise (Wise Reptiles) Stole Money from Benefit Auctions for Maggie

Has anyone thought of making a video, presenting some of the facts, filling the tag box up with every word from boa, python, reptile to charity, pregnancy, etc, and posting it on YouTube. Or would that hurt, more than help, the cause?...

Good question.... do ya'll think it would hurt?

Personally, I think it's a fantastic idea.. If one is made, I'll post it on my personal FB page, as well as on a forum I manage.

I'm not a lawyer, but I don't see how it could hurt any more than this thread. As long as it doesn't violate an terms that Youtube has as far as content. Make sure whoever does it, that they use correct verbage and termanology. Whoever were to put it up, is ultimately responsible for the content. There would need to be some info in it to direct people here to this thread. Youtube has a huge audience that will see it and comment on it. Who knows what might come of it. Might even be some good. Maybe some network or television affiliate will pick it up and do a story. Youtube can make things happen, good or bad. So if it were to get done, who would do it? This thread and all of the other internet postings were all ways to inform the world of what they did, as well as get back at them for what they did. Youtube would be another way to do more of that with a bigger audience. I think it could be a very powerful tool. Whoever did it would have to know the terms Youtube has in place, and be careful how it's done, how things are worded are very important. Potential employers do internet searches now for potential employees, so this could hurt them in other ways as well, that is if they ever decide to try and get a real job. So, if Youtube will allow it, I say go for it.

I hate to say it but I found it very boring and drawn out. I have been following this thread closely and still barely made it through the video.
I hope Youtube viewers will watch it and help if they can but I have to wonder if they will have the patience to watch it in its entirety.

It may be boring but it is facts. I have never been in a court room in my life and not been bored to death lol. I think this is one of the most horrible scams I have ever seen ,and kudos to those putting in so much time trying to see that these scum of all scum pay for their crime.

One more thought. I don't know if it would help but Dateline NBC loves to covers stories like these and get some fairly good results. Maybe look into contacting them and just see if it is a story they would be interested in following up.

Unfortunately I can't imagine too many people go to Youtube to view a court room like presentation.
I'm not saying the effort isn't commendable, merely suggesting that it be in a format and length that the average viewer would be willing to sit through.

I understand what you mean.

I think it was an excellent effort, and I will definitely share it on my FB page & on Aquatic-Terrors.com. If any other info is posted, or more videos are made, I'll post those too.

The video certainly boils the facts of this 245 page thread down into a shorter, more precise and accurate format. There's a LOT of facts out there, it's hard to squeeze it into a short video, 2 thumbs up Kevin, I think it was great job in such a short amount of time. :)

If anyone feels that the video is boring and drawn out, feel free to make another video. I think it's a great start. I think more can be done as well. Maybe make another with some nice music in the background. Are there any more pics of those two? Maybe alternating pics, if there are more to be found, if another video were to be done. I don't know what it takes to open a Youtube account, but if it's just an email address, maybe someone can open multiple accounts with different user names, so it looks like more people are posting the videos, and not just one person, even if it is one person. Maybe someone can start a thread somewhere here on Fauna asking for ideas and contributions for more videos, I'm not sure which forum it would go in. I think Kevin did a great job, and if we can do more, it will be even better.

Just a thought..
Scenario:

They joined that church..she's been all active and doing all these "nice" things for the church, their "website" (joke), and I'm sure she half-assed volunteers there.
What if it's just another scam?
They both join, talk about marital issues, talk about Jeff's "addiction", they work hard in the church to gain trust....then Jeff "relapses" and "walks out on Christina & kids"
Church feels bad, donates stuff (kinda sound like the pregnancy scam?) helps Christina "get back on her feet"..
Then Jeff either "comes back" or she takes off to live with family elsewhere, but needs the money to get there, so she's not "stranded".

Just a hunch..I can see it playing out.
