• Responding to email notices you receive.
    **************************************************
In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Bad Guy Jeff and Christina Wise (Wise Reptiles) Stole Money from Benefit Auctions for Maggie

Exactly!
They know they are in the wrong, they just refuse to face up to it now, and now that it's too late they are scared and scrambling trying to pin the blame anywhere else to pathetically try to divert the attention from themselves.
Not working.

I am floored by the amount of spending that was done on the donations.
I hope if Mr. Hart is seeing that, he's seeing some fishy actions on their part.

They have nobody to blame but themselves. If I were Jeffy I would blame it all on Christina but if I was Christina I would blame it all on Jeffy. The question is when the chit hits the fan who will blame the other first?

I have been giving the brother to the other boa to put up for auction all the money is going to Chucks family!!!! Buyer pays shipping. It is a Ferrari Line Boa A sibling of a pastel. He is from JCCS (chris-canada-smith) Any questions can be asked to [email protected] he can give you genetics info and anything else you need to know. The starting bid is $50. Pictures attached!

http://www.faunaclassifieds.com/forums/showthread.php?t=167822

It doesn't look like there was any mention of an auctioneers fee.

When looking at the numbers from the very beginning they were pocketing money. The collected $250 on 3/2/10 and only gave Rick $225. On 3/4 and 5th they collected $280 and only gave Rick $215.

I would say that we just proved intent. When I went and looked at the auctions it states on one of the auctions for Rick:
I have been giving a boa to put up for auction all the money is going to rick's family!!!!
http://www.faunaclassifieds.com/forums/showthread.php?t=167762&highlight=auction

And of the auctions for Chuck:
I have been giving the brother to the other boa to put up for auction all the money is going to Chucks family!!!!
http://www.faunaclassifieds.com/forums/showthread.php?t=167822&highlight=auction

These auctions clearly state that ALL of the money is to go to Rick or Chuck's family. No where did it state that they were going to keep a % for organizing the auctions.

I tried to match up the dates of the transactions with any reptile shows in the general area. They were close to Harrisburg but the dates are a few days off. Of course SOME transactions take a day or two to pop onto the statements too, and they may have received money from other sources. (I shudder to think)

Looks like Harrisburg PA had a show on the 12-13th of March, Cheswick PA 14, and Reading (Northern Berks) was 19-21.
The dates are the 15th for a $400 ATM w/drawal in their hometown, and then:

16th was in Mt. Pleasant (36.63),
17th Connellsville (Wal mart $104.70*cash back?*),
17th Lebanon (wal mart $26.29),
18th Uniontown (maybe check in on 16th Super8 motel $82.28 2 nights?),
18th Newburg (41.70 gas?),
18th Everet (11.68 gas station),
19th Bedford (46.00 hotel 1night).
19th Mantua OH ($35.00 gas?)
Keeping in mind these transactions may not have actually happened ON those dates, but a day or 2 earlier. Wal mart most likely was immediate as it generally clears within minutes of the transaction.
That doesn't mean they didn't have some other activity going on. I seriously doubt the funeral story, since apparently you can't trust Christina to tell you if it's raining and not lie about it.

Is there any way to see how much (If anything) was in the PayPal account before this began? If they want to claim they just took their fair percentage then the IRS will be pleased to hear they get their part and I think MI gets some too. If they are running an auction service there is also Social Security that comes out along with a self employment tax.

Don’t think someone here won’t tip off the appropriate people about your little windfall

I agree. If my credit card will not reverse the transaction, which I have no doubt that they will, I guess I will have to send them a I9 at the end of the year and file my donation to Maggie and Rick as a wage to Jeff and Christina. I am sure the IRS already loves all the info they have been receiving on them to begin with.

I think it's funny that they get this person Mr. Hart to write this email. I would guess there is no Mr. Hart, although I did look it up, and someone in their area does have that same name and middle initial. Have any of you heard the saying, "who let the dogs out"? Well, the answer to that question is Jeffy, and Christina. The two of you have brought all of this on yourselves, none of this would have happened had you not done what you did. You had a chance to make it right and you chose not to. So, Jeffy, and Christina, who let the dogs out. Oh, crank it up.

Mr David N Hart IP

Well, I dont know if I did this right not having the full tools that I needed to continue without spending money, but I think I traced the right IP for Mr Hart. Based on the headers, I think the originating IP address was 68.61.194.106 and that IP resides in Waterford, Mi.

this was an interesting site to pull up the IP address too as it pulls up a map of where the IP address is from. http://www.ip-adress.com/map/Map_of...nited_States/35d9fc6d1bab08143842d07467de0a3c
