No one is stating that their PayPal accts were hacked, Jeff and Christina are I am not worried about what Maggie's case is against the Wise's, I am only concerned with mine. As i Just now found this out and still have a lot of catching up to do, What is the best way to open a claim and or get my donation back?

From what I was told by one of the Police departments I called. She suggested that the parties who made donations should go to their local Police and file a complaint. They will then contact the Police there and then they would proceed from there. I would ask that anyone who does do this please let me that know you have and to provide me with any case numbers so I can proceed with what I will be doing. Yes I have avoided this thread because I didnt know what to do or say. The check is a fake the PAYPAL is all real and can be verified by Dand. HE has been in my account and has seen it. I did lie about the money. I was scared. Maggie had told us when she called and we was upset about Jeffs aunt to take the money to go down there. She knew we would have to stay in a hotel and rent a car she said it was ok I told her no she said ok i wont take any more money from you you need to do this. we argued about it for awhile and then I finally said fine I was gonna give her money out of my next check then. Then when we got home I found in the mail a bill from my electric company saying I owed 700 or they would shut it off due to an old bill it was an address i lived at a long time ago my ex had put the electricity back in my name. How i dont know and why i dont know ... they said i had to pay it because I lived there before. I had this convo with maggie when we were talking about our days she said use the money everything was fine right now do what i had to do and I could pay her back . THAT WAS THE 1500. thats 3100 total so far. I then knew jeff was going to random places to buy small items and get money back to get pain killers for his knee. It has been bothering him lately and there was nothing to stop the pain and nothing to help. I knew he was doing this but was scared to say anything I didnt expect it to get this bad. I didnt know what to do. When maggie said I need the 1000 now or else, I didnt know what to do I knew i wouldnt have 1000. I thought the only way i could do it is make it up to stall. I am wrong for that. I am sorry I really wasnt trying to hurt you maggie I am truelly sorry I dont think you will ever believe me. I am working at get you money now. I was gonna list the albino and 3 hets up for sale so that I can have that money sent you , also the crested I will sale . I know I messed up and I want to make this right I know this will not make anything right or better I just want maggie to have her money. I have been in the works all day talking with DAND FRAGGING DRAGON AND POLASIAN trying to sort it out for john to meet dand with the the albinos and the hets along with the cresteds. To be put torward maggies funds this fell through and I cant ship through SYR so I was told to ask what you guys thought I should do how to resolve this so the animals could be sold and funds gone to maggie.

I have to admit that what I did was wrong. I used someone elses money to buy presciption medication. I have looked into classes and have found some around my area and I will attend my first NA class tomorrow.I found tons of local classes in my area because I know that I have to clean up. If this does not work I am looking into either outpatient or inpatient to clean myself up. I would really like to apoligize to maggie for this as well as the other fauna members. What I did was wrong and for this I am sorry and I will be getting the help I need to overcome my problem.

I agree they may be called prescription meds but that is not what they were to me. I know I do have a problem and I will be taking it to the first step of resolving it tomorrow.

Tomorrow morning I am meeting DAND and giving him reptiles to cover all of this. I am gonna probably give him our whole collection. This will be made right tomorrow morning. I am sorry it has happened and that is all I can say to resolving this issue is I am meeting with DAND in the morning

People who are biased like Mr Hart only see the truth as they perceive it to be regardless of any REAL evidence that there is. I am sure what Mr Harts problem is that he is being told one thing and believes that one thing because of the source giving him that info. The 1.3 ball pythons from Rich, John's (Jasballs) 6 ball pythons, the I believe you said 10 Crested Geckos, the Leopard geckos and whatever other animals you have that will hopefully sell for enough to cover repaying the monies intended for Maggie and Rick and their families. The sooner you do this the better off you will be. The longer it takes you the more it will cost you.

You know what I thought was REALLY impressive with those emails Dave... The simple fact it was "supposed" to be about them owning up and taking repsonsibility for their actions. Meeting up with you man to man to take care of the situation at hand.

I suppose the reason that they backed out was because Jeff's buddy couldnt make it to the rescue rendevous and he didnt have the sack to go it alone. I could say a lot worse, but like everyone else, I dont like infractions and will not take one for the Wise's actions.

It just gets really hard to keep up with the situation when there are 20 new pages to read every day, so if there was a website that someone could create without all the comments to read through, that would be great. I would just like to know what has happened to punish these people, along with what is in the works, and I would like to know how Maggie is doing so far and how people are helping her. ok let me go over this for this not very smart guy. you can ONLY get a temp restraining order on someone with out them going to court for it if they live in the state. we would have to all get supinas to show up for court to defend ourselves against the restraining orders so the fact that 1 you have no evidence of anything worthy of a restraining order, 2 we do not live with in the state, 3 we have not been served and if they would try to it would take them over 5 years to serve us all ( remind you after 1 year in some states and 3 in others time limit would be up) you have no ground to stand on. how bout you get dressed up and hit the books by the way i hope you dont think they will email them to us lol btw my email is [email protected]. send me an email and i will have you arrested for harassment. you have been warned!
