    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Maybe I'm a bit slow but did you (bill&kim rivers) just contradict yourself within the span of a couple of sentences?

In a business that is based mostly (if not completely) on reputation and precedent, not to mention character, I'd be a bit more carefull of that or people might start thinking that you have a tendency to twist the truth ;)

It depends on where you live in the city. If I find out the Rivers address (hmm, should not be to hard) I could find out what day the trash is picked up in their area.

No, the part about asking for advice, I wrote that saying they asked me for advice mnay times in the past. Sure to aid to more confusion. Only this selected text was the e-mail they sent me.

It's not going to matter much in the end result of all this, but I would be interested in knowing when their section of yur city has its trash picked up as well. I have to say that Bill's language off the BOI does not enhance my confidence in his truthfulness on the BOI!
 
I am not convinced either. Especially since either that night or the very next morning before putting out the trash they could have gotten a picture. If they had thought about it as soon as it was thrown out. It does not make sense to own animals and not save the bodies. You would think that one would know better.

Teresa.. I Completely Agree with your Statement.. this should not just be Dropped!! There are just too many inconsistencies in the Rivers Story!!

I wouldn't hesitate to Purchase from Jeff Lively since I've dealt with him in the past.. However.. I would definately Never Purchase or Sell an Animal to the Rivers at any point in time!! There is just too much going against them at this point in time and I have been in contact with Jeff throughout this whole thing and he has been completely honest about his dealings with me.

Any Word on when the Trash in their area was picked up yet?? I'm still waiting for that information! The Rivers will probably be busted by the time the info arrives as if they haven't already dug themselves a Nice Deep Hole already!!

people believe what you choose. why would someone go through so much to drag our name down if they were so honest exspecially when they dont know us personally.just because they sugar coated a lie a lot of people choose to believe it. in that case maybe we should do the same.. jeff you are a great guy who makes great deals and will never screw anyone over .and justyn miller and marcy you are such wonderful people and friends stay sweet.......... there is a sugar coated lie for whoever choose to believe it like i said we know the truth jeff knows the truth and god knows the truth justyn and marcy never heard of the truth.....say what you want people we have lost animals and as far as we are concerned its over and done with but i know people like justyn and marcy will continue to want to have there fun with this situation... enjoy bill & kim if we were such liers we would not keep responding we have nothing to hide

a little added info our trash is picked up on tuesday and attached is a picture of our biggest snake since we are so scared of them if this was true we would not have a 11 ft reticulated python around our children kim& bill

You must be stretching that poor SKINNY retic to the breaking point to get an 11 foot measutement out of it. Or maybe your tape measure is one of those special ones that doesn't have a 3 or 4 on it.

When I think big snake, I picture something more along the lines of a 10 to 12 foot 60 to 80 pound snake, not some poor wrist thick(at best) twig.

This story is what really smells like death. The death or what little reputation you had a couple of days ago.
 
11 feet?

I'm looking at that picture, and I have to say that I don't know one person that can hold up a healthy 11' python in front of them like that. That picture looks like a 6 or maybe 8' snake to me. Any thought?
My 12' burms are 70 lbs of dead weight and wrap up over my shoulder and around my back and still both ends darn near touch the ground.

Another thought. Do any of us care whether or not you're scared of big snakes? This thread is about the claims made against Jeffand their truthfulness. That's all.

I think you've been caught in enough lies and contradictions combined with the lack of evidence that I think it's preety safe to say that no one here believes you, and your little attempts to sidetrack the conversations to topics about your fear of snakes and other trivial subjects is just you avoiding facing the truth. You are a liar, you know it and now, thanks to this thread YOU STARTED, we know it too!

retics are slender snakes anyone who owns one knows this a 11ft retic is not going to measure up to an 11ft burmese python come on now get real .and yes the bloods died monday night we disposed of them monday night and trash comes tuesday morning! you folks are trying to form words we did not say or trying to mix up the information and bust someone but the truth is right in front of you and just like the world is you choose to belive all the lies cause its easier to accept have a nice day bill& kim
 
Let's get back on track here. The supposed length or weight of retics and burmese don't enter into the problem of your lack of honesty. Your timelines don't match up, your stories aren't consistent, you speak with at least two faces, one public, one private, and you just aren't believable.

And everyone, well everyone but you two, knows that you must have pictures and or bodies to prove your stories about the health of animals or their deaths. Or, in this case, supposed deaths, since we have no proof that they actually died.

I don't know Jeff, I don't know bill or kim, I firmy believe Jeff and don't believe the rivers' at all. You two really should work on your ability to continue a story in a consistent manner.

You guys, bill and kim, are definately on my NEVER do business with list and I would be willing to wager a considerable sum that most who read this have you on the very same list. Keep on digging, you'll have yourselves completely buried in no time at all at the rate you're shovelling.

What you need to realize, Kim and Bill, is that every post you write is dated and the time is put on them. Left lower corner of every post you write. It does not take to much to put two and two together.
Also, what makes you believe that you can come on here and say God bless to everyone and than start a email like you did?
If you are trying to make yourself believable you are doing a poor job at it.
Throwing your only proof away? Maybe you should have also re-thought about slamming someone on here without any proof.

Let's hope for the River's sake that the trash in their area is picked up late at night. That would be more consistent with their story... but somehow I just don't think so. :look:
 
Just a thought

The post by the Rivers that states they have 11 foot snakes AROUND THEIR CHILDREN speaks volumes to me. I wonder about people who always put "God Bless" when it sounds like they are in trouble, it just rings hollow! I will not even go into their grammar and spelling. You can hide alot about yourself on the internet, but if someone is not smart enough to use spell check when their grammar is sooooo bad, it just makes me wonder. I am (right or wrong) one of those people that will not buy from people who have such attrocious grammar, language on and off the boi and who sound so shady.

Off the topic of the Rivers here...What is so wrong with having 11' pythons around your children? If you are a responsible snake owner and parent I don't see how that would speak volumes. I own several large burms and I also happen to have 2 small children. We have never had an issue.
Now I will grant that we take utmost precautions with handwashing and watching the snakes moods when the children are around, and I wouldn't view the Rivers thinking to take near as many precautions as I do, as they don't take those precautions when it comes to thinking before speaking or acting foolishly, but I don't feel that having large snakes around children, in a fact of it's own, says anything about anyone.
