    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Jas, I believe that it is best for everyone in the herp world to know who has brought snakes from this Wyatt guy seeing as what this virus has done already to a few people's collections. We will know who to stay away from when buying ball's and or other snakes.
 
I couldn't agree more..

This needs to be brought out, so others dont suffer the way Jen did...to many people only look at price and could buy from one of these breeders and f up there collection.

Sorry to be harsh, but I can't fathom killing healthy animals unless you're just unable to take care of them and unwilling to give them to someone else?
 
I cannot afford to continue caring for them all, and I refuse to give them to anyone else. Even if I gave them away as "pets", some jerk would see dollar signs with the clown, the yellowbelly, the adult females, whatever and either sell them or breed them -- spreading this virus further. There is no way to tell if they are or aren't asymptomatic carriers, and I can't take that risk any more. So no, I don't have a choice.

Assuming that they are actually "healthy animals". There is no way for her to be 100% sure that they aren't infected.

Personally, I would post the breeders names here as well as link this BOI post (and his own) to wherever they recommended Wyatt.
 
Speaking of outing breeders; Cat you have said twice that people have had THIS virus in the past. Earlier in this thread it was said that several "big breeders" have had THIS virus in the past. Rather than making vague references how about someone come out with what they know, or as the case may be "think" they know and post their names. Along with proof that it was THIS virus that was "swept under the rug" years ago...

OK! BHB, Had something like this. I saw it with your albino. and Joes pastel. Didnt kill off your stuff cause neither of you had anything then. Ralphs lost animals he got from bhb also I bet?? I've even heard NERD had something. But, I'm pretty sure that was all Bullcrap lol!

Did he have something "like this" or did he have this "virus"? My baby Albino that I got from him that died exhibited no signs of illness, unlike the animals described in Jen's situation. It also didn't waste away it just died suddenly. If you recall my request was for proof, not hearsay and conjecture...

I never said he had "this" I said I know of some people having bought cbb animals including morphs. Drop dead for no reason. Other then maybe feeding it to large a mouse?? :rolleyes:

One thing's for sure, someone that claims never to have animals die while in their care, they are either not 100% truthful or they haven't kept animals long enough. :rolleyes:
