In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

well at least in a plastic shoe box, they can have bedding or newspaper as a padding!,

can u do that with a snake bag? Nope.
they have no padding or protection what so ever

My bf and i have at least a combined 30+ years experience in the reptile industry (him alot more then i do...but ive learned well and i know the right ways to keep my snakes safe when it comes to shipping). Hes always had burmese, retics, boas ect... he only deals with jim mason, jason reed, & ben rogers

Allow me to broaden your education.
You place each snake in an individual snake sack, tie the sacks securely shut put padding in the box, add snake sacks with snake inside, add more padding, tape cool pacs to the inside of the lid of the box and close up the single box.
Snakes cannot eat each other through the sacks. No I am not being a smarty pants, that is how it is done.

^^ so basically your saying to spend a whole bunch of money on useless stuff when you can use just a plastic tub *for smaller snakes anyways*?..i dont see how thats any better then the method ive always used *tubs or deli cups*

Large 3 years old adults have more weight, they need the padding, plastic tubs are hard, this will cause more of a jar when tossed or kicked around. I wanted the safest way, and that would be the bags, all in one box.

What useless stuff?
Crumbled News Paper, I use shredded paper myself, some cheap snake sacks or pillow cases and string?
Child, you have a long time to learn about right and wrong. Now would be a good time to get off that high horse you're on and start listening to those with more experience.

..yea and look at the price, 125+shipping. we paid $200 for the abberant striped *which you are not going to find one of those...* and 150 for the normal...both are 2006s (male female pair) and then we paid like $80 for each ruby eyed.

and im asking 250 for all FOUR snakes... your paying 62.50 per snake!

Put Crumbled News Paper in the box bottom, then put the bags in. Then put Crumbled News Paper all around the bags, and then more Crumbled News Paper on top, then seal the box.

but, you see, where am i going to get snake bags since you wanted these like now? are you paying for them..? i doubt it and im not going to pay for them either...and im sure they arent free.

I am not paying 62.50 when shipping is 200.00 - 374.00, you need to re-figure that total.

Thats 450.00 to 624.00 total

im just going by what UPS/Fedex quote said. You get it cheaper, know how, you send me the box, packing stuff and everything needed for the snakes to be shipped along with a prepaid label and i will ship them.

Jennifer, you might of missed the tracking number, but I have already bought some. Your boyfriend was going to get back to me and never did, so I took my business else where.

I just hope you learned from this, I would not have told you something wrong.

Jennifer, one more thing, this will prove my point about the plastic tubs. Put an egg in the tub, and then box it up just like you are going to ship with the padding. Throw the box down, or kick it. Watch the egg break, then use the bags the same way, it will still be whole if packed like we said. That is the difference that I have been trying to tell you and your boyfriend.

Best of luck to you, and I hope you learned a little.

Ms. Robertson
I don’t know why I did not think to post this yesterday but remembering that you millennials respond better to videos here is a link to teach you how to ship using a sack instead of a Deli. The same base method should be used with a Deli.
The only part I see in the video that is not needed is the holes in the box.

Here is a step by step instructions page that should assist you as well.

Anyway, if you plan to stay in the reptile business, I would urge you to study a little more on what is acceptable & required before we read a thread about you here regarding dead snakes because you had to do it your way instead of the correct way.

Jennifer, I'm curious, have you actually ever had anyone pay you $300 or so to ship?
