Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Actually I just spoke to Jerry on the phone a couple of days ago. We were chating about all the snakes that we have purchased from him and how they are doing great. We never did talk about the court case but I know that his PC is fried and he has not been on the web in a while. I am sorry for the issues that you and Jerry have between each other but he has been a great friend to talk to on the phone not only about herps but personal problems as well. By the way the Hogg is doing great and we should have his offspring this season.

Mr. Detwiler e mailed me 8-4-03 after I'd asked him bout some animals he was advertising. He replied with a short statement bout the animals than began to tell me about how the F.B.I. has confinscated some of his computer to take me to court (again)
Someone had asked about Jerry on the B.O.I rescently. I copied & pasted some old threads about how Jerry ripped me off,along with other post from other people.
One VERY well known breeder had a phone conversation with me the other day stating "they" had read my post about Mr. Detwiler. How he'd call them daily and some of the same statements, he'd made to me These well know breeders stated Jerry was doing the same thing to them. They stated they beleived it was the start of a set up that he used on me.
Now Mr. Dewlier is e mailing bout the court thing again. Some of you have had great deals with Jerry. I on the other hand..have not. I have posted bad checks from him,air bill he said he'd pay 1/2 on,no payment. Selling me animals that were not what I was told they were for ALOT of money. I learned my leason the hard way.
Jerry would NEVER take advantage of a well know breeder ...only small time breeders,such as me.
I'm not here to bash Mr. dewiler. I'm here to state the facts. He mislead me & owes mw money. In return, He states he's gonna get me on a lawsuit. Other people have replied to my post stating he did them the EXACT same way..in different states. Seems like I'm not the only one.
As I stated earlier in this post. A VERY WELL KNOWN breeder (name with held) said Jerry was trying the same thing on them..rescently.

If someone post about information concering a seller & wants feedback from people who have delt with them...do I not have the right to post my dealings with this person where negative or positive? I beleive thats what the BOI is for. If Mr. Detwiler had never ripped me off...I'd never posted a negative post. "IF" he'd kept his end of the deal..I would have posted a positive post.
Why I e mailed him concernig an animal of his......I guess was just pure stupidity on my part.
This will more than likely start another mess......but what is stated here is fact. I have bad chechs,airbills & witness's of people who has seen the anmals Jerry sent me. I can tell you with absolute certainty the FBI DID NOT confiscate his computer to take you to court. They are a criminal justice organization and will not get involved in civil cases. It's laughable he would tell you that. 
Brian, I did ask for pics, He sent me a creamed colored,bright orange saddled Hypo. I got a dull, dark hypo instead. @ the time I was told BRB"s were hard to sex due to the fact the vent is large and comes down farther than most snakes. I also made the mistake of trusting Jerry.
After unsuccessfully breeding of the BRB's a good friend of mine probed them as 2 females. I also called a well know breeder of BRB's and he also argeed they were a lil' diffenrent to probe the some boas.
So Jerry had messed up an order of BRB's. He made a deal with me (again) and had me to ship one of the out of state to another person to correct an order he messed up,then did a trade for the other two. If you'll scroll down you'll see what ALL I traded in good faith. I really lost me butt on this trade. Again, i was trusting Jerry. He had told me, " your a good guy & I like you" "I'm willing to set ya up with some good animals" So.he told me he was doing me a favor by getting rid of the "not so well liked animals" so I could get more boa morphs & make better money & have better animals. scroll down to see the trade. Dave, I never claimed the FBI was taking you to court. What I did say was they took me hard drive after 13 e mails containing a virus, was sent to me. They were to conduct an investigation. Furthermore, When I recieved your last e mail I replied to you asking you to call me and provided you with my number. I don't need any more computer problems. I did not here from you so I called. You were not in so I left a message for you to call me. I even e mailed you again asking for you to contact me. If you want to try to resolve this call me. I don't know what else to say. Jerry

Dave, I have the animals posted on the web site and fully disclose everything! Yes, I do sell some animals I get from other breeders and I have never denied that. Alot of people do. I even state it in my ads and on the site. ie: Jeff Gee Hypos, It states it right on the site. Nothing is wild caught. In regards to you statement regarding just me and not us, Wrong again! I do have a staff. If you really wanted to work things out you would call. That is all you have to do to get the ball rolling! I await your call. Jerry

This is very easy to prove. Post the case number they gave you. And before you say they didn't give you one, if they took your HD, they most certainly did give you one. No law enforcement agency will take someone else's property without documenting it in a report. It's called CHAIN OF CUSTODY and is absolutely essential in any court proceedings. So post the report number or I will call the local office and ask if there are any reports involving you. It's all public record.

My Experiences with Jerry
Dave - I guess I'll just post my own experiences with Jerry Detweiller, since I saw his name pop up here on the board.
I've had several good transactions with Jerry. We've done business on several occasions, and he's been good about the purchases he had made.
He does quite a bit of business with a friend of mine (who's pretty well known in the boa circles around these parts), so the quality of animals he sells is way above Pet Store quality (well lets change that to Petco quality since there are many good pet stores out there <G>).
Jerry seems to work out any less than satisfactory transactions if given the chance to..
It also seems from what I've read on this thread that Jerry is willing to work things out with you, so if you need his number or anything just drop me a line.

I replied for his #. no reply by him. The email he did reply..I posted it. 1st 2 lines were bout animals,the rest was bout FBI. Jerry doesn't won't to resovle anything. I know Jerry.....I know him well ! We used to call each other several times a day.Trust me, Jerry does not have my best interested in mind.All Jerry thinks bout is $. He even told me him & the Famous "Jesse Lames" were gonna go into together on some bikes. Jerry lives in VA, Jessa, LA. Then there's all the famous music people he's worked with......ect.
