    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Bad Guy JERRY TRESSER--BAD GUY- the worst kind

its funny also because I have literally fished two times in the last year. But I am glad Jerry knows so much about me. JERRY--getting calls from your old time friends that you say you have know for 40 years telling me what a piece you are for acting like this, and when all the facts come out--YOU ARE GOING TO BE IN BIG BIG TROUBLE legally in my opinion. Funny-you just cant write all that you did and just get away from it.
 
The only logical explanation to me for Jerry's behavior is that he is insane.

I just...don't even understand how or why he continues to write up paragraph long responses that have nothing to do with anything.

I don't think it's possible that a sane person could be in Jerry's situation and continue to insist that he should only have to pay $400 for an animal worth over $1000.

I would almost be insulted by how stupid he thinks we are, but I'm really just in awe that he actually thinks he shouldn't have to provide any evidence whatsoever of the animal being deceased.

Ben, I hope you get your money's worth for that lizard and then some. This is just mind-blowing.

just sad at this point man. A guy did die Jerry. He left behind two beautiful daughters. That makes you happy that I could have potential fall out from a horrible accident? Just unreal man. Sometimes stuff is way beyond money Jerry. I am glad you are happy that I will no doubt incur significant expense from this. It is because of that that I will need to get as much possible restitution from you as you have libeled my name and my mangers name and my companies name. 1 2 and 3. Not sure how all that stuff works, but I am pretty sure I hear a lot words like punitive damages before when I heard people talking about it. I have not much idea about legal mumbo jumbo, but I do know right from wrong, and you mr tresser should be absolutely ashamed of yourself.

Anyone notice that Jerry's comebacks are getting weaker? He's running out of gas, and his usual bluster isn't cutting it here.
He threatened and threatened and threatened litigation, and when Ben finally got tired of the threats said 'OK,let's do it' Jerry all of a sudden is getting mighty tame.

Your best option is small claims court. It is really sad that someone would take advantage of the situation that occurred earlier this week to try and squeeze a practically free animal out of you. It will be a little expensive and I wouldn't bother hiring a lawyer (unless you have a friend willing to represent you), but given the evidence a judge will side with you, and while you wont recover a ton of money it will provide justice in that Jerry will have a permanent mark against him legally. It is just petty what he is doing. I do feel bad if his wife is sick and he is struggling financially, these things happen. The economy is bad. Then why not return the animal which I don't believe to be dead or work out a payment plan? I'm sure a long time friendship is worth more than a skink in the long run, it is really sad to see it go down this way over a business deal. Just be honest Jerry. You don't even have to post it here, just work it out with Ben and he can let us know. 10 years is a lot to throw away.

His posting is less frequent too...he could be destroying those wire taps he illegally took and cleaning up after his other mistakes...

Pretty low that he would use the tragic death of someone as leverage and as ad hominem attacks as to why he should "get out" of owing Ben what he is legally entitled to.

Like I've said, he cant man up and admit that he screwed up with reporting and documenting the supposed maladies that the Skink came up with...and now he realizes he owes, as he sees it, $900 for nothing. (Why should he pay when he doesn't have it anymore?!" :ack2: :NoNo:
 
Pretty sure Jerry you might see some financial consequences other than from Ben! Anyone who reads this thread will see you're a loon and run from doing business with you! You are a cold hearted cruel individual sir to kick a man when he's down. Key is animal is not dead. No proof. Only proof here is you took animal and did not complete payment. You do know in small claims court you will have to prove you don't owe Ben money which will lead to need for proof of dead monkey tail. Sad! Really sad the way you are acting about a bad situation! Embarrassment to humans the way you are acting! I hope Ben gets his money plus some!
 
Jerry, I was asked for pictures of $2 tree frogs when they arrived dead. Think about it man, he deserved proof, not to mention if such an expensive animal was recently bought and in my possesion then showed signs of being ill, I would have either brought it to a vet then bill to the shop after giving them the option to take it back (Which I am sure he would have taken it). And muddying the subject up with unrelated issue is wrong.

I would absolutely LOVE to have you prove me wrong on that one Jerry. You have still offered no explanations at all with regards to the whereabouts of the body and prefer to bring up a heart-wrenching tragedy that was NO ONE's FAULT! Not Ben's, not mine, not Eddie's. No one's. Your continuous trivializing of this event and demeaning it to simply how bad the lawsuit is going to be is disgusting and pathetic. I pity you Jerry Tresser, I truly do. I'm sorry that you're going through this at this time Ben.
This is a prime example of the lows that some sink to however this one is particularly bothersome.
 
Still jerry has not answered anyone about why he did take pictures... He avoids all. It's funny that everyone can tell he is lying. Doesnt take an adult to tell that! Cant wait for justice to be served!
 
Got to thinking some more about this whole thing...

Just by happenstance Ben, do you have a copy of the receipt of sales depicting the $100 he did pay? Does it also show the remaining balance to be paid?

I am not questioning the cost or anything here...the fact that both parties have claimed the same story about the purchase (100 up front, 900 remaining) but rather if you have it documented via a store receipt. Just something to think about since that will be nice to have for when you make your court appearance to get your money from this loon.

Also, I hope that you keep us posted about the proceedings as you, apparently, have to go through the legal system for a VERY CUT AND DRY sales agreement.
 
Hell Pinky, I believe any CHILD of age to read this thread would know he's lying.

I really hope this goes to small claims court considering the attempts of intimidation Jerry has tried to pull on Ben and apparently others. And I wish for it to be televised so I may see what "crazy" looks like.

Probably the best post thus far. Billy says it all in a nutshell.

Jerry, I always thought you were above common theft, outright lying & outright scheming ... much like I always thought a particular tegu breeder was above theft & total scam of innocent, trusting customers. You aren't stupid or a noob to the industry, Jerry; you know the ropes. You have definitely failed.

It's pretty sad that adult breeders/vendors have to throw away reputations and professional credibility just for the all-mighty dollar. Freakin' shameful, freakin' inexcuseable ... especially when those same breeders/vendors want to claim they are more trustworthy and successful due to the time they've been in business... but ironically cannot seem to remember the protocol for handling an imperfect transaction.

P.S. - Using Ben's unfortunate contest as a deflection is just so pathetic and so immature I can't even elaborate - I would certainly be banned if I stated out loud what is going thru my little brain!
