    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

To be honest, I don't react well to threats either. So I am sorta understanding to how you feel. But not understanding as to why you want to drag this out. :shrug01:
 
Let me know which address you will be at on Tuesday and/or Wednesday and perhaps, if you can go the entire weekend without threatening me or dragging my name through the mud, you will receive a package there. Good day
 
If you are selling, and the deal is going sour, for any reason, you simply give the buyer his/her money back, and go back to square one.

You don't say, "Well, you hurt my feelings, so I'm going to keep your money".
 
I will scan and PDF every email and PM and will have it available tomorrow or later tonight for anyone who wants to see it. I am a pretty easy going person but this really sux. I started to loose trust in Jesse early on and that's why I wanted a refund. I could have been patient if I was told hey can we wait a week or two. That is not what I was told and I will prove it. Then I was told a refund was ok and that would happen the next day. Another lie!! Now I just want my money back and be done. I have called and left a message at the Slatington Police Dept with Jesse's name and address.

You can't just take someone's money, give them nothing, then say, "Too bad, so sad".

If I get warning points for calling you an ass, it will be 4 cents well spent.
 
And that is exactly what I expected from you Jesse. I am entitled to a refund, and you told me I would get one. The next day came and went and I never heard from you. Go ahead and be like that. I did call and give them your address. I made you out to be only what you are. What a sorry excuse for a human you are. You could have settled this on good terms if you had only kept your word that I would be refunded by the next everning, but no you just went and blew me off. What did you think I would do? Just sit here and take it? Do you not think alot of people see what you are doing that go to the shows you set up a table at? And people talk to people. You can still save face if you will just send me the refund like you said you would.

You are right, this is apparently not the best time of year to be shipping herps. I can't apologize enough. I have never had an order go wrong like this before. I will refund your money to you immediately. Just so you know, I never intended to screw you. I don't except excuses from my employees or anyone else for that matter so it is hard for me to give them, but on top of everything else that has happened this week, we had a bad ice storm and it knocked the power out here unitl about an hour ago. I don't expect you to accept that, I certainly wouldn't, but that is truely what happened. I will be giving you a full refund, including western union charges (please let me know what that cost you) immediately. How would you like that. I can send a money order, cashiers check, western union or direct wire transfer, its up to you. Just give me an amount, and I will make good. Again, I apologize.

Whoa, are you crazy??? After repeatedly admitting on here that he paid you for a gecko, and has not received that gecko, and now state you will not give him either..... YOU are going to take this to court..and WIN??? :rofl:

About the only way one can look at it now. I guess the title Bad is turning out to be pretty accurate, if he's willing to switch up so quick. Not even one page ago, they were to be shipped on Weds., now, not at all?

You are a Moron Jesse. This whole thing was just about over, and you wanna pull this last stunt to show you got some sort of power over him? Glad you have all that money to hire an attorney for a losing case. Would have been a lot cheaper to just refund his cash.

If he actually has an attorney who has advised him to keep both the money and the animal then he needs to seek new counsel immediately. That particular course of action will break several laws including fraud,and conversion of property
