Actually Allen I was trying to figure out if the 72 hour heat packs is another lie.

Because he says he will get some.....my point is I never knew they even existed.

You know you should go have another drink or something. I just did not want to use a 7 hour heat pack and that is all I could find in this small town. I don't know if they make 72 nor do I really care. 24 to 40 would have been sufficient anything but a 7 hour heat pad. These are babies and I don't want them to die. It is tramatic enough for them to be shippe let alone cold. 7 hours would not hold through the cold night and then until who knows when they deliver them.

Okay, Jimmy forwarded me several more e-mails from his sent box to Allen. The e-mails he claimed to have sent including the one Allen disputed were in there. I realize they can be faked and I'll admit I probably couldn't tell if they were. I believe Jimmy actually sent the e-mails but Allen never recieved them.

And the fact about the reversal? And yet he still wanted me to ship even though he had reversed the money.
There was 30+ emails there from my sent file.

NOTE THE WORDS - reversed

Mar 12, 2003 _ Reversal _To _Allen Both _Pending _ -611.43_ 0.00_ -611.43

Note the dates - Allen did the reversal if it was a refund it would say refund as you can see the refunded amount happened today yes this is true. And you should also know that the funds were sent in two seperate paypal tranactions. One for $70 and one for $630.

my point. Why lie to the guy about obtaining these?
My point is the lies.
While it is true you have ripped no one off that I know of....
the lies just add up.

All you and your mommy had to do was be truthful and come clean. All you had to do was state the facts not make up stories.

I don't post in threads very often. I just hope a lesson is learned about trying to pull the wool over peoples eyes. All it does is damage your rep. and integrity. In buis. you have to be upfront and honest or you'll be out of buis.

1) Dont make arrangements to sell animals without having the proper supplies

2) Dont get your family involved in your business

4) and don't expect everything to blow over once your piss poor excuses, email edits and bull**** are exposed.

Welcome to the real world, kid. This forum has a knack for exposing the crap that goes on in the herp world. There are plenty of folks here who will dig and dig to get to the bottom of things to expose scammers, cheats, and all around dumba**es. The only chance for you to salvage your rep is for you and the (possibly fictitional) Denise to come on here and 'fess up. You may have a garage full of $1000 dollar critters and top of the line equipment but they'll just be for you and you alone to enjoy because as it stands you are going to have a hard way to go, at least as far as an internet salesman. A lot has happened in the last 24 hours. And I couldnt help but respond.

Jimmy it sounds to me like you know you made some mistakes and that is good I think you will have a good future in the business. For what its worth I think your mom is wrong but I will recognize her intentions if not the manner she went about dealing with this thread.

I am glad that Allen got his money back and that even though he is out the time and his customers are out, the final result of this transaction is not as bad as it could be.

I will accept that maybe there is communication that didnt go through. I feel its unlikely but its possible.

As far as the lies and misrepresentations from mom maybe its time to let it all die.

Allen is ok that it ended as it did. So what do the rest of us have to really say about it all.

I didn't know it was that important!
I have put it in my signiture now so that I won't forget. The reason i posted was to ask if someone could clear up something for me, I read the whole tread and was a little confused because I was sure that Denise said that Allen got a reversal on the 12th, yet when the supposed paypal info was posted by Jimmy it stated that the partial reversal and refund was done on the 9th?
If I am wrong, or missed something please correct me though. Thanks

Thanks for your post... that is exactly what we were trying to say but nobody would listen. Allen REVERSED the money and we had the emails and the paypal info to prove that point.

First and foremost no matter what Denise says now it is nothing but garbage. She has lied from the minute she arrived and started posting on this site and therefore can not be trusted on what she says or post's. As far as the reversal dates. Just because Paypal has started the reversal process does not mean that Allen received it. They will automatically stop the payment and start reversal while they investigate and then will release the payment to the buyer if they find for them. Just because the date show the 12 does not mean he received it back on the 12. It is not that difficult. The first date is the date the payment was sent Mar 9 2003 The date mar 14 is where the refund on the $70 is completed which is the one that Denise or Jimmy refunded to him. The date of 12 Mar is where the other reversal was started before the other was refunded and here is the Key word PENDING that means it was not completed and Allen had not received it.
