    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

It's really disturbing that during this day and age someone would resort to posting such a picture regardless of its significance.  When I first saw the post you're talking about Matt, I percieved it as a violent threat indeed...but that's just my opinion.  I didn't click the link provided and was later informed of its significance by someone more inciteful than I.  

Living and working near ground zero, it's really disturbing as well as disappointing to see this type of behavior with regards to our hobby, which coincidentally is generally a form of relaxation for me as well as a lifestyle...I think over the past few months I've seen enough violence and death-related material, don't need it here too.

It should all be about the snakes, do good and love the hobby...if you screw up, it's only your fault.  In the very least don't hide behind pseudo-screen names/Identities and inuendos...face the music and do things like a man (or woman), not a coward.  If you're gonna talk smack, then be prepared to back it up, if at least with a dialogue.

That right there is what it SHOULD be all about, Danny. The snakes. It truly saddens me that people have the nerve to corrupt such a beautiful thing. Let alone the fact that these same people profess to have the same passion for the same snakes. I'm a nobody in the snake world. I'm only in it for the snakes. Yet it affects me the same way as the rest of you guys. In a sense, the reptile market boils down to the customers. Granted, a lot of hard work, money, effort, happiness and sorrow, goes into it on the dealers and breeders' end. Someone has to look out for the customers however. I believe in the basis for this topic. A bad dealer being revealed to protect other potential customers. I've been following this for months now. Have even been wronged by said dealer on several occasions. Countless facts and articles and testimonials have been put forth to verify everyones' claims. Face it. All of us, collectors, dealers, and breeders alike are a community. It is up to us to look out for each other. We should not be banned, harrassed, threatened, and intimidated for doing so. Myself, am not threatened by Joe in the least. He has proven himself to be a computer tough guy. However, others may be. That is not right. Everyone needs to be aware of Joe Polanco/D-G-S. He has proven to be a parasite on us, our love for reptiles, and the herping community in general. Ritchie Luna, you are THE MAN!!!! I agree, it does appear that a lawsuit is in the works. Based on Joes past history with Jeff and Kingsnake, I believe it to be a valid assumption. The problem is, truth will always prevail. Right, wrong, or indifferent. Now he will probably try to shut down the BOI like he shutdown the forum on kingnsake.

Not only was the company boycotted....every single person who bought from the company was boycotted.  And the company PUBLICLY apologised.

funny how he was posting and bragging the amount of people flocking to his site.  But I still see the same tired old post from yesterday.....okay that is a lie... two other lines have been added since yesterday.

He has been doing a lot of erasing.  Even legitimate posts by "his friends" are all being erased.

He is seriously doing strange things to hide the truth.  He is definately up to something

What is the truth?  (for those who don't know)
1.  Animals he sold were sick.
2.  He tried to "knowingly "sell sick animals
3.  When called on it...he erased and banned the guy
4.  He threatens people through e-mails
5.  He sends viruses through e-mails
6.  He hides the truth by erasing posts that expose him.
7.  D-G-S.com  is for a computer company.  He is using it as a reptile company  (Hello IRS)
8.  He has produced 3 animals (and thinks he is an expert)
 
You guys are all playing right into his hand. It seems to me  he wants everyone to panic and guess what is going to happen and to who. That's why the post went up today. Whatever happens next week (he wouldn't have made it so clear to everyone if it wasn't valid, just common sense) will happen no matter what. All of you that know me that have posted on the BOI are pretty smart guys, so listen carefully. From this post on, NOT ONE MORE WORD CONCERNING THIS! That is exactly what he wants. It's a power thing. Now I am pulling a power thing. No matter what is said regarding this subject on his forum or others (including this one), don't respond. Don't even post in reply to this. Post about something worthwhile. I read all of the posts so no 'you're right Matt he is not worth it' or anything else. NO EXCEPTIONS! If you have a problem with this feel free to e-mail me privately. If someone rags on me about this post, let it go and have a nice weekend. I'll take care of it later.

was egging someone on.  This person replies with my name. (weird) so she forwards it to me.  Not exactly conducive to what I am working on but oh well.

I need the schedule to the Ohio shows for the next three months.  Gotta plan out my road trip.

She should have kept things to herself...........now I gotta (as he put it) "scrounge" the gas money to get there.

But like Tim wrote......he wil probably just walk away.

In a phone call and and several emails passed between myself and Mr. Joe Polanco on Thursday, April 3, 2002, Mr. Polanco has threatened to name me as a co-defendant in a lawsuit concerning this thread on the BOI.

This message will serve as public notice that I have forwarded an email to Mr. Polanco on April 04, 2002 informing him that such action will be in direct violation of federal law.  This law, The Communications Decency Act of 1996 clearly states in the Immunity Provision [230.©.(1)]:
