Had he not already agreed to it I'd see your point. But unfortunately for him he did and now he's going to have to deal with it. At no point was there any gaurantee of a sale. I he chose to do the trades then he also chose to to take in those trades when they didn't sell.

Yes Tibor agreed to the boas being traded for other animals.
However in the original thread, Jordan also did say he was going to pay cash.

Nothing was resolved and at this point Tibor is willing to accept less money and cages; Jordan is only willing to return the traded for animals and original agreed upon cages. It appears to be a take it or leave it. In my humble opinion - hopefully this will be accepted and they can both walk away and put this behind them.

Perhaps he only meant $2700 in 'value' and not cash but it seemed (to me) Jordan was offering cash, he did say 'to pay' multiple times and was waiting for animals to sell so he 'could pay'. The original quote I included didn't have that part.

Now, from this one it looks like what Tibor is getting is a stack of cages and 1 pair of rosy boas. If he did agree to the gecko trade, where are the geckos? Did he agree to a trade of geckos for rosy boas?

I referred to it as a debt only to be noncombative, I would rather assume blame than bicker online over the semantics. I want this to be over. I sent Tibor an email earlier offering in more detail that I would appreciate him simply taking back what is here which is his (or substituting for any other animals in excess of the total by $1,000 of his choosing if he prefers). I just don't want to fight, I want this behind me. I hope we can come to a resolution.

April, I asked the same question about why he called it a "debt" etc and why he considered it a monetary debt specifically and this was the response.

But Ill have to admit I havent read the other thread. (but will be now out of curiousity)

Jordan is not saying he owes tibor that in cash or debt maybe he just used the wrong words for word debt.

The value is for the consigned animals IE if I take in your animals worth $2700.00 to sell for you. This is the consigned value IE if the animal does not sale nothing is owed.

I have consigned stuff items to be sold before on both end. I gave a value of what I wanted likes use $2700 if the person sell my item then im owed that amount. If you consigned said items to the person and that persons owes you that money reguardless, he or she is buying the item out right.

Look up Auction House IE they are consignment base.... Tell me one auction house that will take your item, If your item doesn't sell for your asking price they will still sell it for below asking value and still give your value because they will pay you the difference out of their pocket or be stuck with the item and still owe you the money. They will do this because they took it and so they owe that. Maybe auction house may not be a consignment but then again really they take in an item that they are going to sell for someone else and take an commission.

If Tibor agree to the trade its his animal now unless other agreement was made between Tibor and Jordan.

IF Jordan said hey tibor I have a trade offer and give you credit if animal doesn't sale or what not offer he and tibor makes.

But if Jordan said I have an offer would you like to do the trade and Tibor agree, he is owner of the item/animal agrees give to the other person and the person gives him its agreed on item, so the items is his gets is since agree.

As for all else all the animals are claim to be all gone, did not agree to said trade or what not I would honestly like to see screenshot because I can say I got an email from the person that made the 80th post. He/she will be sending me $1000 a week for the rest of my life. =)

I have answered the question regarding whether or not there are any of Tibors boas here no less than a few times in this thread. I am not sure how that could possibly not be understood by now.

The only thing "exposed" is how insanely difficult it has been to have a reasonable conversation with you Tibor. This is the reason there has been so many issues with our deal. You don't remember things, you hear what you want to hear and have been overall combative.

I myself would never send Jordan a litter of sunglows and hope he pays for it. After reading about that,he was taken off my wholesale list. Who sends a person $2000 and more in reptiles and waits for $$. That's not how things should be done,. Too many times people get burnt sending animals and wait to be paid.

I'm not sure why your all over this Ed but you keep wanting to forget that everything that happened with his animals was HIS choice. He chose to put them on consignment with Jordan. He chose to accept the trades. Every step of the way HE made choices. And now because the animals HE Chose to trade aren't selling he's acting as if somehow Jordan now owes him either the original boas (that he chose to trade) or cash. I'm hoping your seeing the trend here. You don't seem to understand the concept of a consignment either apparently.

Also, Whether you think putting those animals in someone else's care to be sold is a good idea or not is completely irrelevant. It happens all of the time. It doesn't matter at all what you or I or anyone else thinks about it.

The fact if the matter is he's owed nothing more than the animals he traded for. Whatever they are. And a few cages.

How many of those boas were left when the trades started happening? Was Tibor informed of every trade? It went from boas to geckos to who knows what else before ending at a single pair of rosy boas. Did Tibor agree to each trade along the way? Was Tibor ever told "Hey, I am trading them now for X, you can take X, or wait til X sells and you will get the money?"
