In any other transaction, what would happen? Lets say you purchase a computer from (x) company, you get it and find the CD drive doesn't work (something small, but important and easially overlooked). You call the company and ask if you can return it for a new one. If the company has good practices and standards they have you box it up, send it back and either repair it or send you a new one. Why is this transaction so different?
Let's not forget, in the said scenario the customer in question's family "fell in love" with the computer and does not want to return int, they just want a portion of the original purchase price refunded.
I did EXACTLY what I was trying to make a point about.... Bringing things to the boi based on nothing more than opinions / he said she said BSs..... with out proof IT IS pointless and gets the thread no where
for a while because of it.
