Bad Guy Justin. Feeders Plus

I purchased some feeders from Feeders plus on a recomendation from a forum member here. I went even after someone on another forum told me not to use feeders plus.

Name them.

I am not calling you a liar, I am stating that lying can damage someone just as bad as "bashing". I am saying that Justin has tried to refund you for whatever did or did not happen. He seems like an honest guy and their is just no definitive proof that the rats that are photographed are the EXACT rats you bought from Justin.

However this is only my opinion, and my opinion is still the same.

I cant prove they were from him, there wasnt any label on the ziplock bags stating where they came from. How ever I believe I still have his card with a make shift reciete on the back of it.

Yes after I had posted my 1st post I had got a reply back from him. He said he would give me 4 free rats. One, I didnt think that was enough. Two, I do not want anymore rodents from there period. I never replied back as I made my up my mind to go else where from now on.

Moving on. Your pics were taken 9/3/12, it is now 11/3/12, why wait so long to post your problems with the seller?

You still picked those rats up in person. It is your responsibility to look them over, as same applies with buying anything else. You could have told him again that you did not want the rats that he had handed you. He offered to make it better, I do not think he deserves a bad guy thread, at least with the "evidence" that you have provided.

So you bought mice/rats from him a month ago. Took pictures because there were several that had broken limbs or frostbite. Then a month later contact him because you want to buy MORE despite your unhappiness with the previous purchase. Then you created this thread because you didn't feel he offered you enough new rats to buy your silence?

Nice. You didn't name the person on the other forum, who you allege warned you. And you just 'don't remember' how to identify the person here.

He came and picked up the rodents at our facility.... he actually had me take a bag of large rats in because there was a, "one" piece of poop in the bag, so we gave him a different bag of rodents. thats how closely he looked at the bags.

So it looks like he checked them out pretty well?

Look at the date the pics were taken. Shortly after I bought them. Its not hard to figure out they werent in my possesion long..

A few weeks later I opened up one of the bags of large rats I had purchesed and was not happy with what I found.

There seems to be a bit of a time discrepancy.

Im sorry... I was putting off posting these but I feel like I should let others know about my experience.

I had bought a couple bags of pre frozen fuzzies, upon getting home I realized they had freezer burn, broken limbs and were just a mess. These were supposed to be freshlly frozen??? I also bought some meduim rats which about half looked more like smalls but whatever atleast they looked better than the mice. A few weeks later I opened up one of the bags of large rats I had purchesed and was not happy with what I found. Atleast one in every bag had a sickly anorexia looking rat. Others had weird spots on them. Tossed them straight into the trash! I will NEVER go back to them EVER again. I messaged Justin about it and never got a reply after I mentioned I was unhappy with the rodents. I would recomend staying away from this place.

Lets get the facts out there :

as for not responding to him : i am including the text messages of us willing to replace stuff....

also, he didnt start out with telling us there was a problem....he first asked when we would b there and then gave us an order and told us about the previous order.

the stuff didn't look like that when he picked the up..... the mice in the pic have ice on them which means they probably thawed out in the corner of the bags and he refroze them....if the stuff was refrozen and pulled apart that cold b the reason for the broken limbs.

we supply many zoos and other large accounts which are very picky and have never had
an issue with or products.

we humanely euthanize all our products with Co2 and then freeze them....

we are focused for 100% customer satisfaction, so well let u guys decide.

Also if anyone else has purchased Frozen rodents from Justin could please post their experience in this thread that would be really helpful.
Also for Brian Dierking (Brd7666) you are obviously extremely happy with the feeders you get from Justin if you could take some pics of your frozen feeders that you have from Justin I think that would go a long way.

Im not sure how I can make this any clearer. I messaged Justin about buying more LIVE rodents. I wanted to see if he had anything instock and if he was even available before anything else. I was still debating on going back since he is the closest rodent supplier I have found. I messaged him about the ones I had major issues with as you can see. I wasnt about to buy another frozen rodent from him so I inquired about live. It was an hour before I had heard back from Justin after my complaint was made so I got annoyed with him and posted. After I had already posted did I get a message back Justin asking for pics n such so I sent them to him so he could see for himself. I was not angry at all when you said you didnt have mice Justin. This is not the case at all. I had already posted before you had offered me any free rats and by the time you did I had made up my mind not to do buisness with you again. The only thing id want from Justin is an open apology, I dont want rats and i dont want a refund now. You havent denied that these rodents came from you, admit to your mistake and ill be happy with that.

All the babling on about text this or when that doesnt change the fact that I bought rodents from feeder plus that had no buisness even being sold to anyone, and thats a fact. Im not saying all the feeders I bought were bad but the ones that were, were terrible!
