1.) you claim you hatched others and worked on this project for three years hatch many clutches from multiple females all the same quality..Ron where are they all? The successive generations..why is this animal so important then..you should have plenty holdbacks..lets see them? You provided a photo ID with Omars purchase...where are the others? I'll tell you..Jim S has one a female that is under 100grams from what I hear and the other died mysteriously on Sam..where's the others..some names bro!! There are no others..thats why your here!!

2.) you claimed you were calling them high reds and you worked hard on them for years..funny your reciept don't show it, your price, nor does your site, 1st I hear of them being called this is well now!!

The only one I remember is one I traded the first year. That one went to Craig McMurtrie. I traded it to Craig for 1.2 het pink pastel hogs.I didn't keep any back and now am regretting it. The only reason Omar got a photo receipt was because he was on a payment plan and wanted to see the animal. I usually only do photo ID's of hets not actual morphs. Justin write whatever you want to state your case. It really doesn't matter to me anymore. Ron Radloff

...I aquired some Opherman Females straight from Don Shores who lives 10 minutes down the road.. he's been breeding the line for years now. He has produced some of the deepest red , almost purple animals and albino's that rival my own, he has helped me out greatly on this project. The timeline is simple, after I aquired my tigers the year before I purchased several animals over the next couple years including some High RED Ophermans from Don as well as a breeder loan etc.. I purchased the male then 7-8 months later had 80 eggs because I was able through sheer luck (and help from Don)join the best aspects together of two outcrossed opherman high red hogs and create albino's version etc.. the line gets substantially better with breeding and I have the animals to prove it!

BTW I got my Tigers from Tony Dongarra which I regard with the highest respect..if it weren't for Tony's generousity I would have nothing.

Were they sold to Omar as "High Red"? According to Justin the receipt doesn't say that.

It's obvious that you didn't care to "name" (High Red) them on your own receipts when you sold the animals, but you insist Justin include your "name" (High Red) on his website.

You couldn't pat yourself on the back, but you expect Justin to.

Obviously you didn't know I called it the High Red Abino line so him stateing the correct name wouldn't have mattered to you in the least. Ron...my website has only been up for 5 months now...You started calling me a theif over a year ago because I wouldn't send you back this snake that I bought from Omar missexed ( totally screwing myself over his mistake) you know for a fact your argument is childish..I probably would of changed my wording to suit your feelings if you had been civil from the start..too late now I can care less about what you FEEL. Your obviously ate up over this.. and calling me a Theif and Liar was just a petty attempt to draw attention to yourself... Go ahead and tell everyone I am a bad guy there two sides to this story and you can count on the fact I will talk to more people about hogs in one week then you will probably in a year..
BTW I will have a nice day..me and my fiance are having our wedding rings designed today this is a very exciting and wonderful time in my life..much too pleasent to be spending hours butting heads with you over this..TTYL I wish you the best in all your endeavours etc..

Ron, you have to admit after all that has transpired here on the BOI in the last day or two....(not to mention what happend in the time since Justin purchased the snake)....
For him to change the wording to suit you was a VERY genuine action.
Ron, it was also quite nice of you to congratulate Justin on the upcoming wedding bells.
I think I am beginning to see some redeming qualities...you might be an ok guy.

It is so sad to see that people can't comprehend what this thread is about. I know they don't comprehend because they keep bringing up the fact that Justin now owns the male, or the offspring he produced. This thread is not about either of those 2 subjects. Then theres the albino and God theory, that speaks for itself. This thread is ABOUT the wording on his webpage. I guess I shouldn't except people to understand unless it happened to them. Justin keep in mind that just because a few people responded in your favor doesn't change anything. There are MANY that will read this and see the truth. Just because they didn't post their opinion here doesn't mean they haven't formed one. They will see the unethical ways you conduct business. I just received a CC of an email Sam sent to you regarding your post on here about the trade you 2 did. Sam asked me not to post it at this time. I assume he is a waiting on a response from you. Once he gives me the OK I will post it and people will read his side of the story. Then they can use their own judgement to decide whether what you did to him was right or unethical. Sam is one of the nicest most honest people I've ever met and has many friends and fellow herpers that can testify to that fact. Sam didn't bring the issue to this board because he just figured he'd chalk it up to experience. Ron Radloff

After reading about your complaint I have to agree with most that you need to move on about this. He bought the snake, he bred the snake and you have absolutely nothing to say about it. It looks like you're looking to take credit for his work. Someone give this guy a tissue so he can compose himself and stop crying.
