    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

If i had a nickel for every time someone has threatened a defamation of character lawsuit on here and FAILED, id have a pool filled with nickels I could swim in like scrooge mc duck.:D

Ban me, I am over this. I made this BOI because so many people on chameleon central had the same problem so I was going to open the gate for others to post their foul transactions with him. So he can screw some one out of 7k worth of fish (forum link posted above) screw my friend of a couple grand, and then fault all these others with feeder shortages and do the run around with Chamgirl88 yet I AM THE ONE being reprimanded. I understand the foul language, as you can see itw as not me but the screen shots that were asked for. Ban me, I am so over this.

Boo Hoo Hoo :rolleyes:...That's why you're supposed to familiarize yourself with the rules of posting BEFORE posting. As Harald said, you've been a member for 2 years but couldn't bother learning the rules that are a STICKY in this forum? Sounds like it's your problem. So cry that you're getting treated unfairly all you want, you're the one breaking the rules, not any one else.

And I don't expect a rebuttal, considering that "You're so over this..." But you might prove me wrong...

You won't get banned unless you fail to correct your behavior...but you are held accountable for the content of your posts. Choosing not to familiarize yourself with the rules of this site in the two years you've been a member is nobody's fault but your own.

I know this thread has been going for some time, but wanted to mention that I do not care to do business with someone who is constantly being badgered for refunds. There seems to be some sentiment on this board that those who offer refunds are somehow excused from shoddy or even predatory business practices. I find this ridiculous. When I pay premium for a product or service, I expect to receive exactly what I have paid for- anything else is a waste of my time and money. No, I do not care about "life happens" excuses; those don't hold any water in the business world. While it may sometimes appear that vendors, dealers, and breeders get the short end of the stick, I'm surprised some of them get off as lightly as they do. Woe to the person who attempts to steal my money from across state lines.

I just saw all these post an I'm really upset. My messages have been seen to many I see… I will not lie an say i wasn't very upset when i had my fallout with kamo an I didn't handle things right an now I'm getting nasty messages an horrible pop up phone call from a dude named Rob who I have never even knew knew me. bashing me an my chameleons. I had 3 4 3 an 4 months old in a cage that was the forever cage i bought from Kammers. Im new but i can't see 3 girls can be harmful at that age. an for Ed Kammer to get bashed for selling to me is unreal.. I know Ed well enough to know he WOULD NOT sell me or to anyone who couldn't handle the load or seen unfit, I love my chameleons an they are everything to me ..Im a stay AT HOME MOM now an i have the time an money to care for them an i want to magic an have babies an share them with anyone who loves them an can care for them.. I would never hurt a chameleon on purpose. I lost to baby girls last year about 3 days apart an it wasn't because of maltreatment . I put them on there other side of the room in full view of my males an believe i just really stressed them unknowingly but correct me if I'm wrong EVERYONE makes mistakes an shouldn't be judged unless they repeat them .. Im learning for no one knows everything an even the Sr. bedder leans something new here an there.. I can see how many people would be little stand offish with me. An I'm sorry if i had rubbed anyone wrong,. I haven't been a good girl all my life an yes I was dancer but thats dent make me a whore..an yes at a time in my life I have done an tried things most people wouldn't an some have.. Im a loud crazy fun person thats just my nature.. If I would haven known the bashing was this bad I would have never opened my mouth this has gone so sour for both an I'm sorry for that.. But that doesn't give people the right to call my phone an send me messages calling me a crack whore or anything in that manner.. Im a hot head but i would never go outta my way to hurt someone i didn't know I was friends with Kamo an he got me great chameleons an we fixed our money issues.. over all in this he was a good person to me.. we both said things to each other in a heated manner but it wasn't just over money … we where friend who had a fight…
 
Revoke any support for Sydney

I revoke any support or credit I gave to Sydney. She is the most drama filled, insecure person I have ever came across in the chameleon world.

I tried to help her but she eventually turned on me and said I was spreading rumors about her breeding a first day arrival panther chameleon male. Which was unethical, but I sure as hell wasn't out spreading rumors like a school kid.

She has SERIOUS trust issues and needs to work on her husbandry and business practices. :shootfoot
 
So point of this is yeah people need to comment and support Sydney, not sit back and let her get her hands dirty while they watch.

There seems to be a lot going on in this thread, sort of like eating a crab claw, you've got to pick out the little bits of meat but it takes a lot of work.

It seems like the OP had problems with a feeder shipment and had difficulties but eventually got a refund when what was important was getting the product; and I think anyone wanting to order from Evan should read the first bunch of posts carefully and consider.

There seems to be pent-up history here between a number of people. Those interactions are relevant should a reader ever have any interactions with any of them.
I'm thinking the claw is not yet finished.
 
I had a feeling Nick would do this. After multiple people told me he was selling sick animals and 'wet behind the ears' I heard he had made a few comments. As a friend all I said to him was hey, if you have a complaint about something I do please just bring it directly to me, no need for drama. Instead of communicating like an adult he immediately became defensive, blocked me on facebook and refunded me a deposit I had paid for a chameleon. I find it so sad that this is how the chameleon world has become. I created this BOI to genuinely help others as when I had this issue so many came out of the wood works. I also find it humorous as Nick claimed he knew nothing about this dilema with my "1 day chameleon" that I paid a friend to quarantine and have vet checked 3 times, I will gladly provide any one with questions documentation straight from the vet stating he was good to breed as he was WC; when nick does not even treat his WC himself and here he is now knowing about it. I find it sad no one knows what loyalty is anymore or taking responsibility when they fault.

And when you ask someone if they have an issue to come directly to you, or if they did say something to just remit it to them, that is not turning on someone. That is confronting someone on something that was heard. I was shocked to hear that Nick had said things so I asked him, do I need to post screen shots that I did not attack him? I mean this is just ridiculous. When people become adult they realize that when situations are confronted, as adults you should be able to discuss, communicate, and resolve. Not immediately block, spam my number, and refund a deposit I had paid for a chameleon and not give any word other than call me insecure. I find that proving that what was said by him to this mutual friend was true or there would be no need to be defensive. Nick I wish you the best but you need to not let your temper get the best of you. We all have let our tempers take over but this is really unnecessary.
 
Who the he'll are you to say I am selling sick chameleons??? Name one person, show some proof? I have hundreds of sales on my reptile page all with haply customers. You on the other hand have never made a legit sale.

You have never once had a solid piece of evidence, YOU Sydney are worse than the girls who got all those people killed in the Salem witch trials. All you have to offer is he said she said bs and you never have facts. Nothing but rumors! This entire thread proves that.

Just leave the chameleon world. You clearly can't trust anyone.
 
Sydney, you were refunded by Evan Phillips/Kamo Chameleons, the subject of your original warning. Readers here can now decide for themselves whether they wish to do business with him or not.

Whatever other personal, immature is crap is going on behind the scenes with you, Nicholas Gill, and whoever else is not directly involved with your transaction with Evan should be taken elsewhere, as it is totally off-topic.

The meat of the crab claw has been devoured ... the shell long discarded.

Lucille a lot of the chameleon community are beginning to show true colors and a lot has changed. I normally would not be so flipped floppy but I had no other choice than to not support Sydney anymore after false accusations she has made about me.
 
Sydney even though nick was not on my side and had his fair share to say about me without speaking with me. I know for a fact that Nick is a good chameleon keeper and breeder as my animal from him is very healthy and exactly what was described, but a friend of my also ordered a Cham from nick that was held up for a day as your was due to a shipping delay and as he kept asuring the client there chameleon arrived healthy and looking great . This was a very small Cham and it looked great. Sydney your like a bee that gnat that never ever goes away. Everyone is finding out the truth about your and all your bs. Smarten up and guilt bringing more drama onto yourself, or go talk to a shrink because it is very apparent you have some major issue. I would buy from Nick anytime even after everything. You on the other hand should go back to being quiet like have so posidly been for the last five years, it will do you way more good then keeping this circus revolving around you on ever forum and page.
 
I do not appreciate telling people I attacked you. Here are the screen shots of the conversation. As any adult can see it was an adult coming to another 'adult' and saying hey look, come to me if there is an issue not to others. And Nick just freaked out and went off, then refunded me via pay pal and left a nasty message on paypal. THEN went on here and trashed me further. Screen shots attached.
