Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Well I didn't know that I was only allowed to be a member of one forum and not be able to participate in threads in other forums regardless of topic matter. I said nothing wrong at all and am being punished anyway.
 
I am not sure how I feel about banning someone from a site based upon what they said about you on another site. Probably should be added to the TOS.

With that said, what a way to start a new site!!! Blasting the competition so to speak. Talk about being unprofessional. And the site owner participated even. It kind of sets the tone for what you can expect from them.

You participated willingly and gleefully in a thread obviously attempting to be damaging to this site, myself, and other people on this site while BEING A MODERATOR ON THIS SITE. You see nothing wrong with that, I presume?

Those people are welcome to sue me for the money owed them. While they are at it, I suggest they review the term "libel"....... :reddevil: One of the people they slammed very harshly is on the verge of becoming an attorney and those words were ALL posted in public with the intent to be damaging.

Nope. You don't have to like me. BUT you should have more respect for myself and others that were being stabbed in the back by the antics on that forum. You would want to be respected in the same way I'm sure. I had absolutely no issues with anyone participating in that thread prior to viewing it, if I had, I would have said something to them privately.
 
I hardly think saying you don't like someone that is a member or mod of this forum would be considered damaging. I Don't thingk it would hold up in court

Here we go again with the freedom of speech argument. I suggest you go read the First Ammendment again. It prohibits GOVERNMENT from placing restrictions on speech. It does NOT apply to private individuals, businesses, etc.

Absolutely nothing. The government isn't prosecuting anyone for anything that they said. In fact, the government could care less what anyone said about anyone else.

Perhaps you should review the Bill of Rights, and learn just what exactly "freedom of speech" is. :rolleyes:
 
I can understand Rich's feelings about people bashing him and his site, none of us would like it if we were in his shoes. I mean if my next door neighbor bad mouthes me I sure aint invited him into my home and welcoming him with open arms.

I still do not understand the decision on Jeanne though. She didn't say anything bad about Rich or the site. Just that she didn't like Lucille. Jeanne was not a mod here so she was not under any type of obligation. That part just don't make sense to me.
 
I would not be comparing something as devastating and horrifying as September 11th to this. I just do not get the comparison.
