Are you 55 or 15? Warnings for signature violations? haha...What rule am I violating?
LOL, over 4 lines.....the "empty" line counts as a line.

You are only allowed four lines of text. You have five lines. Blank lines count. IT IS IN THE RULES. You don't want him to seem biased about it do you? You're not the first to get warning points for it. If he didn't give them to you someone else that got them would come crying about it.jglass38 said:Rich,

I believe Chamco was dinged for this also......DThomas said:You are only allowed four lines of text. You have five lines. Blank lines count. IT IS IN THE RULES. You got them because people have been beating this dead horse....jglass38 said:I think we all know why I got them now.

I have also warned Neil Nubitz for it. I remember doing it because he got a little bent out of shape over it.norsmis said:I believe Chamco was dinged for this also......

Disclaimer: I was not singling Ro out for her comment. Her quote was used as a generalization of the prevailing attitude of a large number of members here. Her quote just happened to be the most recent, thus easily accessable one to use.
When you have a crystal ball that allows me to know the entire content of every single post made, let me know. Until then, if you are not reporting the offending posts when you see them, you have no reason to complain.jglass38 said:You call it a dead horse (but then again you would) while others see it as very real.

I still find it entirely flabergasting that members here still believe or expect that three moderators and one administrator should read every single post made. Even if I did this as a full time job, there wouldn't be enough time to do it. And quite frankly, not everything you all post interests me enough to read it.
I know they are, and quite frankly I had planned on waiting a few days in order to allow things to cool off a bit before posting something or calling you about this. However, I was becoming increasingly concerned that things were going to get further out of hand, and that people were going to continue to say hurtful things to the point that things might become completely irreconcilable.WebSlave said:Oh, and Jay, thanks for talking with Kelli. Honestly I thought for certain I had explained all this to her before, but perhaps she just refused to take my own word for it. I dunno, maybe I will call her, but damn, the wounds are still bleeding.....
Amen brother! Preach on!DThomas said:This also applies to me.
For the love of god people, instead of throwing tantrums about the points you got and someone else didn't, report the dang posts you think crossed the line! 99% of warning points I hand out are due to reported posts. If you want to be juvenile about it, go ahead. Someone tattled on you, tattle back! I will NOT read every single post that is made on this site just to check for rule breakers.

I suggest you go read some more around this site. Rich, myself, and the others mods get "questioned or taken to task" all the time. It does NOT mean we have to agree with every single opinion thrown at us. Why is that so hard for people to understand?jglass38 said:Rich and the mods can certainly dish it out but god forbid they get questioned or taken to task. So sad...
WebSlave said:Well it took you long enough. It's been an announcement PROMINANTLY displayed in about every forum on this site for around 2 YEARS now.![]()

Rich has already explained his actions for this incident. Right, wrong, indifferent, wether you agree or not, it is his decision to make. Harping about it only gets EVERYONE more worked up and angry. Honestly, what good will come of it?
Now that is more about the single issue at hand.jglass38 said:How about maybe it spurs Rich to think about his attitude towards people and start acting like a human being. Even one of his mods (who I rarely agree with) suggests he apologize but Rich's wounds are too deep? What about Kelli's wounds?
