Why would that make one wonder? Have you honestly never met one person that didn't change their name when they got married? Work in a post office for a little bit and you'll see that all the time. Some people still hold to the convention of changing your name, some people hyphenate (annoying if you ask me), and other don't change their name. This is weird why?

Because it was yet another thing that was done in secret. Don't act like it was up front, it was not. Karma indeed.

All this fuss is some very pathetic attention grabbing IMO. You want to know the HUGE conspiracy? A person in chat said "Hey, check out this post" and linked it. Of the MANY people in chat that night, only a few gave points. I was there, I agreed with and liked the post, and nearly gave points. However, I'm not in the habit of giving points...I can't remember the last time I did. It wasn't until later someone else mentioned who that was.

Well there you go. Looks like the same old news!!

Well, that is your opinion. Looks like the are plenty of posts, as well as new threads and answers to question on that forum every day. I would say IMO, some of the people chose not to be pitted with those so called professionals.

As for advertisement of geckofoums.net, people need to know the facts at the beginning of this tread before going into such a place.

by now im sure everyone knows of it .. it's not like this thing got totally blown out of proportion, overdramatized and people overeacted, isnt it?
and here we are, just when people are ready to let this die down. the pot gets stired yet again and by whom?

There's nothing like seeing exactly what you want to see, and not what's actually there.

My point was, there is no conspiracy. You want to know how someone gets 4 people to give points in 11 seconds? Put a link into chat...it really is that simple.

i didnt stab anyone in the back. everyone knows exactly how i feel about them. i only named two people on my list, rich and lucile whom both know very clearly how i feel about them. i have told them before more than once.
if i am going to "stab" anyone it's sure not going to be in the back but i will come from in front of you so you can see me.

*note:
by using the word "stab" i am not using it in the litteral sense but rather using it in an analogical context. example: "backstabbing" as used in the context varanyard posted.

I know where you are going with this Nicolai. Honestly, I am not offended by "the post" in the least, I don't take any of the content in it personally. Nor am I offended by what Robin is saying. The reason why is nearly all the people listed (if not all of them) do go to both sites...and most spend more time on GF than here. There is no animosity "over there" for people that choose to go to both sites. The only thing we marvel at is that this thread is STILL going. If there were ever a thread that needed to be locked so it can finally die, this would be it.

From Marcia's web page is doesn't seem that he's very heavy into geckos at all. It would seem he supports Marcia and perhaps tolerates the business she is in.

And...if Glenn is there to assist and keeps geckos just like his wife...then why does she also need Daniel Vega and Alan Joe's assistance as well?

Again...according to Marcia...it sounds like Glenn's a good sport about it all, but I doubt highly he's truly a gecko keeper in the way that you've described.

seven of the people you posted i do not know or really do not care to hear from in the first place. additionally the ones whom i respect and are friends with who still post here, thats fine with me.. i am not going to tell them where they can and where they cant post and no it's not spitting in there face. i just said only a couple of experienced leo gecko and gecko keepers are still here.

I agree, all the GOOD people are gone. NOT!!!!!

I would also want to thank these people for thier support of a great site like Fauna. You guys are doing a great job, it has not gone un noticed. Thanks guys/girls!!!

I think kelli has a very nice site over there, I joined it, I am not ashamed to say so. I like a lot of the people there and plan on contributing there as well if i can. I think i have something to offer both sites even if robin doesnt. I am a member of atleast 10 other sites as well, but i dont bad mouth any of them. I see gary and brian over here a lot and people from here at TRR a lot and nobody runs their mouth about the other site (except in hell and the war room) and everyone lives contently. Whats happening here is a few people trying to pull down the pillars as the make their exit to hurt the rest of us still inside.
