I had not even looked back at the picture ,,, how long are the dead greens in the picture that would also give a size to the dead black . either way its a bad situation to have . but to me regardless of the black the greens should be handled and Ken should act like a business man not like a kid who had the GiJoe stolen out of the sand box so now he wants to take his toys and go home .

I looked back at the first page as well. I thought perhaps the guy holding the snake was not that tall in looking at that dresser beside him.
Perhaps, since he still has the snake he could lay it out with a ruler and take a picture of it with his camera and put it on this thread.
Either way, I still think what ken did in packing and his attitude is pretty crappy.

kennyboy, you screwed up royally again. You really should pay kevin for the dead snakes as well as the ones you let him pay for and then didn't ship to him. You are one shoddy piece of work little man, er boy, er hmmmmm insert proper and appropiate term here........

My mistake, just was told they were the crates and in going back again I see that they are. Still he does not look that tall to me.
Also, I still am wondering whether they were placed in seperate bags or not. I hear these are very fast snakes, would seem to me it would be hard to put more than one in a bag???

With 6 boxes that are 10" high and in the picture look like 12-14" wide with the number of snakes sent
44 - one puff adder and + several extra snakes as replacements that would average about 7-8 snakes per box .
I dont know the demeaners of venomous snakes but if 7-8 per box would that be dangerous ? like having them bite each other ? and alos there were 1.1 maclots among them which wouldmean they had to be packed in with venomous snakes.

I gues im wandering if it would have been possibly the mambas were bitten by other venomous through the bags ? and caused there deaths ? ken could you explain if there were bagged and then boxed in the crates ? or were they all piled in bags into the crates ?

I gotta say, that I doubt the snakes sent were venomoids, because if they were, I can't see any reason for ken to pay Mardi $200 to bag them. If they were already venomoids, I'm sure ken would have bagged them himself, as there would have been no risk. So that's one for you Kevin.....However...

Kevin, I quoate you as saying "I did make a mistake by starting the other thread, since I did not know the lengths people would go to cover up their wrong doings."

Because of our mutual agreement to let that post die, I won't go deeply into this other than to say that I did nothing to cover any wrong doings, because I did no wrong doings in that issue, and you know that. Now Kevin, you see that I have been good by our agreement, and other than answering your question about rigor mortis, have said nothing about this mess on this thread. I would like to keep it that way, so I suggest that if you are going to respond to peoples remarks about that other thread, you do so in a way that is at very least not making any derogatory remarks about me (either directly or indirectly) so I don't have to get in this one and make it ugly.

Other than that remark, I have to agree that you are handling this situation quite well. You posted good pics that back up your side of the story, and have kept a level head.

It would be perfectly safe and fine to pack numerous venomous in to 1 box especially if they were double bagged. If a bite did occur from mamba to mamba the bite would likely not to much as they are immune to the their own venom. I for one would never pack more then one mamba per bag for safety reasons. 1 in a bag is normally enough to deal with let alone 2 of the fastest deadliest venomous around.

I am a hater of venomoid with a great passion about it so to side with Kevin takes a hell of a lot, but in this case Kens packing was so outrageously horrible It is my belief with his reputation taken in to consideration and his lovely wording of the English language on just this thread that he is the cause of death of those animals.

Sorry to come back on the BOI all of you do nothing but make guesses and have nothing to back what you say and most do not know what they are even talking about. i boxed and shipped in 6 boxes (more than needed) heated and shipped the fastest right. I could do no better.

No you did not ship heated properly and could have done much better. You should have used the correct insulation, you should have used minimum 20 hour preferably 40 hour heat packs and not the little 4 hour hand warmers you did use. Where is this agreement you keep babbling about? Show it to us in writing. I don't think you can because there is and was no such thing. YOU shipped the snakes improperly, YOU killed the snakes due to your negligence, YOU owe a full refund for the animals that did not arrive alive.
