    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

You will have learned a lesson when you correct the mistake. Some snakes arrived dead and should be replaced with live ones. The buyer did not pay for dead snakes. In MHO only once you correct your error you will have learned your lesson. Only then will you be ..."A Step Above The Upstate"...as you claim in your ads.
 
i will reimburse him for dead snakes!! if he sends the real ones that are dead and not substutes. it kills many many snakes a day for his research. the man that packed the snakes will be able to tell. also he is a jerk and if he will stop calling and leaving nasty voicemails and telling these lies on BOI i will make it right

Ken im a HONEST person i do what i say i would not screw anyone .. not even you ! so please until you have a reason to make a judgment of my character dont attempt to fashion your own of me .I make sure my customers are happy regardless of the cost to me long as there happy .... and i thin kif we compare names in the buisness you would loose .. im not WELL known YET but im heading up the right road to it you on the other hand have a "tarnished" name dont you ? all it boils down to Ken is "do the right thing here " thats all you have to do ... deals made right look alot better then a lot of dodging the point ... you screwed up so correct it
 
You may not be liable for the dead snakes since you never
gave a live garauntee, but you ARE liable for the snakes that were missing
in the order. Take your pick.

Now you have me completely confused. A few replies ago you were going to reimburse him for the dead snakes. Then you were going to replace just the missing snake (according to you just the puff adder). Now you are not reimbursing/replacing anything because he agreed to accept the extra snakes instead. Just remember ...A Step Above The Upstate..., those are your words.
 
i do not mind refunding the money to be a step above the upstate but the deal was not to, while we are talking they call me cuss me and hang up, etc.. what would you do

do what you think is the RIGHT thing to do to make someone happy if its refunding the money so that you then know they got a fair shake do it
if you think because they cuss you it makes it even to do nothing do that ... just do what you or how you would want to be treated ken

....i arrived at the airport at 4:05 pm the shipped at 4:20 pm ....

I am also a verified shipper with Delta, and I KNOW that they require the package to be delivered to the airport AT LEAST TWO HOURS BEFORE the plane departs.... please explain that one??

Second of all... I wouldn't believe a word that comes out of your mouth if your tongue came notorized!!.... You blatantly STOLE the animals from Upstate Exotics with no remorse of any kind and certainly no refund!.... In my opinion, you're a thief, plain and simple!

Try doing the right thing and reimbursing the money for these dead snakes, if you SAY you want to do the right thing....

you must not be a very good verified shipper because i deliver about 30 minutes prior to shipment so they do no stay in the terminal.
i did not steal from upstate!!!
next i do not care or will not answer anymore of your questions due to what you wrote
