This thread should've been shut down 46 pages ago. But enough of that; will someone please repost that great pick of Ken blowing a kiss to the camera? That was the ugliest thing I've seen.
 
My post previous to this one was not meant as a personal attack. It seems that ken actually doesn't realize why he is in the striaghts he is in. After informing him that I could possibly be of assistance in his quest for the reasons and his asking me to be of such assistance to him, I complied.

Weblsave, it may have been strongly worded but, how can you make a point to someone like him in a subtle manner? He just doesn't get it unless not subtle at all.

It may well be time to shut this one down. If he makes good on the dead and missing snakes then perhaps let that be posted. Short of that we have drifted a bit off the point again, and it can be no surprise that I am once again involved in that.

Time to move on.

I do have to point out that it would have been easy to have tripled the insulation. Yeah it would have cost more but, they might be still alive. I have to agree with Rob that those are simply hand warmers. They do not last more than 4 hours at best. There are larger heat packs which last 20-60 hours depending on the the brand and size you purchase. They cost less than 1.00 each! Alternatives to your 1/4 insulation: Drop ceiling tiles, actual fiberglass insulation stapled to the sides etc. You should be well aware of the R-ratings on these materials as well. Some of the siding you use is of a composite that has a r-rating! Plenty of options. By the way... since when do heat packs produce temperatures of 156 degrees? Just one of your "educated guesses"? In regards to the possibility of venomous snakes envenomating each other... Possible, however, I have shipped mutiple venomous snakes and never had that occur. Of course each bag has it's own packing material and is double bagged as per regulations. Yes some of what Kevin claimed is questionable... However, the absolute majority of what has happened here IS YOUR FAULT!!!! See the doctor about that chip in your misguided noggin' and just pay Kevin then go away! I saved the very first picture posted on this thread, took a known standard, placed here by KY and played in a measuring program.

I have attched a screen shot of the pic, in the program, so everyone can see and possibly try it for themselves.

The standard, was set back on page 9, by KY as follows in this quote.

I used the top, (1/2" plywood) as the standard, since it is in what appears to be the sme distance from the camera, as the snake in question.
I circled my set point, in green.
I set the unit point as 1 in the measuring proggy (program, for some.. :) )
Traced a path along the center of the pic, in order to use the set unit to get a number. (at the top left hand side of the screen shot)
The number is 132.88076312501

I then took the rounded off version of that number, 132.88 and multiplied it by .50, in order to get the true 'inch' measurement, which is 66.44 inches.

I then divided 66.44 by 12, to obtain the measurement in feet.
Which came out to 5.5366 (rounded off).

Rounded off a tad more makes that number to be 5.54 feet.

That is a LOT closer to 6 feet, rather than the 4.5 feet that has been brought up.

Is it very possible or likely that the dead snake grew 1.5 feet in length after death?

That IS a lot of stretching IMO.


The programs name is on the screen shot, so anyone can look for it, d/l and try this for yourselves.

also it might have been wrong to place his address on the web although i do not understand some things

1. he posted my adddress on page 1 or 2 so why not post his address

2. if i am so bad and he is so good then why do i have 2 diffrent address,why is he hiding,why is he not telling about ken paying for and dealing with me and not telling i did not deal with him. i dealt with a guy named ken, why did he send all twenties for cash payment.

3. the ultimate thing i know now is that he does venomid research on them and he has plenty of dead snakes on hand.

4. look please at the page 1 first picture. notice there is still a black screw in the lid on the top box. the way i screwed the boxes together there is no way to leave even one screw in the lid and open them. if this is true and the boxes or even one box lid still has a screw in it. why would he take time to take pics of 4 mambas before he unpacked those boxes. he says i packed them poorly and they were dying, would you not want to get them out as fast as possible and not take the time to take pics.

5. i did not just place one piece of insulation board in each box. all sides and top and bottom were lined. i bought a entire 2 squares of the insulation and have some left over, if i would have thought the boxes needed more insulation i would have put more in there. i would have no reason to want to keep the extra insulation, it is a waste to keep the extra. now someone is going to say that i could use it in my other buisness so let me cut that out now. i have closed my other company over a month ago and had no insulation here and have no need for any. so please do not go there.
basically what i am saying is why would i buy(i have receipts)(pics of the extra insulation) more insulation needed and not use it if i thought it needed to be used. i thought with the two 5-10 hour warmers which i also have pics of, ther boxes would be warm enough

While I agree you learn a LOT about business after the doors are open I would think you would have the basics down before the first sale not after the last sale. The guy you hired to bag the snakes gave you pointers on shipping which you ignored and killed snakes. I would think that he'd given you more pointers if you'd asked, but then you chose to ignore the ones he did give so it wouldn't have worked anyhow.

Webslave, are you still selling that rope by the foot or did you give Ken here a bulk rate? :D

Let me think I see 4 boxes in the pic NOT 6 so that would make me think 2 are not in the picture so that would mean 1 if not 2 were already opened..

I do enjoy the back peddling and attempts and diseption.
