    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Now why are you paying for shipping that someone else already was taking care of? Sure it makes you look good but it's kinda late as that seems to be taken care of by Shaun.

So Brenda picked up my boas and just to make it sting a lil more, he wouldn't give Brenda my heat tape and 2 thermostats! Anything this idiot can do, he does it. Sure Kenny can have his Boas back but I'm keeping ur tape and thermostats cuz that isn't part of the deal Kevin told Brenda. I'm so mad right now! Looks like stomach heat pads and shirts til its not warm to cook em. THANKS KEVIN! LOVE HOW U KEEP STEALING MY STUFF. IM BROKE! GONNA TAKE MONTHS TO SAVE UO FOR A THERM OR TWO. RUDE OBNOXIOUS PUKE!
 
Mr Bowman. Having just had your access restored, one would think you would put a little effort into abiding by the rules. Since you immediately picked up where you left off (despite my advice), you're gone again. You are welcome to update this thread when you return (don't hold your breath, readers - it's going to be a while), but I suggest you get a grip before you type...the next ban will be for a year

This just sickens me. Why on earth would you keep any part of a snake collection if you do not even have the mere funds to properly regulate temps!? That's ectotherm 101.

Sell a couple if you're that hard up, in order buy what you need to properly take care of the rest.

He has thermostats, but Kevin refused to ship Kennys thermostats and heat tape because it "wasn't part of the deal."

Doesn't matter. If you can't even afford to purchase heating for your herps, you shouldn't own them. Period. It doesn't matter what the reason. It could be an act of God why he didn't have them, doesn't change things.

In this case what doesn't matter is if me or anyone here agrees with you or doesn't agree with you because it's not the point of this whole thread. What does matter is the subject, in this case who is in possession of who's property. While I see your point & agree the gentleman might be in the best place to care for these animals, this situation wasn't an "act of god" & just because someone cant afford something it sadly doesn't give anyone else the right to be judge & jury over there current property.

Another update with new and relevant information.

I am posting this to the thread because this story apparently isn't resolved yet and it is relevant to the story. Since Mr. Bowman got himself banned again and can't present this himself, in the desire to be complete, accurate and fair in our opinions I am posting this.

It was brought to my attention by a friend on facebook, Nick, who is not on any of the forums that there was this post on facebook about some "poor guy named Kenny who is being ripped off over snakes." (Nick's words.)

I looked at the posts on Mr. Bowman's facebook page and there are several screen shots of texts between Mr. Adams and Mr. Bowman. I will attempt to attach them here.

The gist of it the texts is that Mr. Adams has the snakes, including the one that would satisfy Mr. Bowman's debt to Mr. Adams. But because Mr. Bowman can't have the snakes at his house because his father does not want them there he is asking for them to be shipped to another party and Mr. Adams is refusing to ship to a 3rd party or pay all the shipping to this 3rd party.

I have not seen any further texts posted since I began trying to cut, paste and censor those about an hour ago.

I did not see any mention about heat tape or thermostats at all in the texts....

Mr. Adams,at this point I and I'm sure several others here would ask you to please ship Mr. Bowman his snakes minus the one he owes you to cover his debt and be done with it. Let the problem be between Mr. Manning and Mr. Bowman and be part of the solution as you set out to be.

What a shame Kevin. I learn lessons all the time on here about some of the people who post here consistently and i am just shocked. Especially when its for a low amount of money. Friends are friends. What happened to loyalty and honor among est friends.
Give the snakes back and be a man about it. Whoever has them! Its a shame when someone takes advantage of another,especially when they were friends.

I can totally understand why you want to sweep all of this under the rug but this whole situation is ridiculous. Kevin has shown himself to be a real crook. He is a liar and a thief no matter how you cut it. Mike has also shown himself to be cut from the same cloth as Kevin. He has lost all of my sympathy in his situation with Chris. They say birds of a feather flock together so you may want to watch who you hang out with as you don't look any better after this.

So Kevin, when do you plan to return his thermostats? Are you so hard up that you have to steal from the poor? Maybe your just an ignorant bully that enjoys picking on the weak? Does ot make you feel like a tough guy to know you stole from a man that is just struggling to get by? You disgust me.

I don't think Brenda has done anything wrong except some how getting involved in this ridiculous situation. The quote above "birds of a feather flock together" in believed by many especially when doing business. It's a shame this bunch of friends that shared the same hobby & interest let it turn into something so nasty. All your attempts to hurt each other just made you all look worst & it's not getting any prettier. I strongly advise you all to take the advise of the gentleman above & strongly consider who you associate yourselves with in the future.
 
I DONT have kennys snakes! I asked kenny to stop with his name calling and harassment to me last night and talk to me civil, and has chosen to do the opposite and continued to send me 17 messages through out the nite and morning. I did not steal anything from keeny!. I agreed to pay $50 of the shipping only cause I lost $35 in gas driving to kevins to make this deal for kenny.. Further more kenny is trying to use MY money to send the snakes to Kristen, I wasn't informed of this till late last night, and was not apart of kennys and I agreement..

No good dead goes unpunished. Unfortunately financial status whether true or not was posted on a few people in this thread even though it has nothing to do with this thread & could justice not wanting to lose more from your own pocket. At the same time, even if found unfair, the extra $35 dollars to get out your name out of this situation & remove your association from certain people may be the best money you'll ever spend. I actually almost want to offer to pay it myself to see this mess come to an end but at the same wouldn't want my name involved in anyway at this point.
