    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

What I dont understand is why you are directing that question to me...... Either way, who ever said that, if it involves venomous then there is realy only a choice of two places you can use to ship and both are air carriers...... Delta and NorthWest air...... Any other carrier used would be illegal and could be disasterous....

I know Gregg and I know that screen lol

That screen is the default TOS for the portal system he is using. WAWhosts wrote the portal system and he put in a default TOS. Gregg just never got around to changing it. Has Gregg has not sold anything through it then I say it is fine. He just has edited it to his TOS...................

The reason I know this is I am good friends of both the owner of WAWhosts and Gregg. I know for a fact Gregg would not ever ship any venomous illegally!


I use the same Portal system but I have edited my TOS as I am using the store front program. So Gregg is doing nothing wrong.
 
Do I have anything for sale on the page???? I also deal with non vens like leopard geckos and monitor lizards.... Look more into things before you start up....... Yor are now out of line and there will be a bunch of people here to back me up so you are now messing with the wrong person...... I am well respected for my work with bitis and for my legality.....

Did I say you did it? Are they accusations? They are spelled out in the TOS page, and I only asked who they belonged to?

If you are in contact with any of these people encourage them to modify their TOS. The way it reads right now they are suggesting people can ship venomous through normal carriers. That's exactly what Kevin Smith has been doing, and that's exactly what we are tring to avoid.

I think Gregg's reputation is solid and doesn't need to be questioned. GREGG WILL NOT SHIP ILLEGALLY! He's a respected member of the hot community and wouldn't have the respect he does if he did stupid things like shipping hots through mail carriers.

I have nothing against you personally. But you should read the rules of this site before posting. You are not supposed to send profanity to members using the PM system or any other "veiled threats" for that matter ("squashed"), through the internet.

My point is that the page you are endorsing (yes, it has your name on it) is telling potential customers that they have the choice to ship venomous snakes UPS, Airborne Express, and FedEx. That's illegal, dangerous for the carriers employees, and a potential threat for the herp community as a whole. If you fail to see that I don't know what else to say.

You have been backed-up as a good guy, and I believe it. In fact I like venomous too. Let's call a truce. My apologies for posting your site cancel out with the nasty e-mail you sent me, agreed?

Now, in a civil way, explain me why (since I know nothing about what I'm talking) will that page in fact has TOS that spell out shipping conditions, animal guarantee, responsibilities of the buyer, and a disclaimer if anyone buying a venomous snake is bitten if in fact no one is planning to sell snakes.

Well Honestly Alvero I do not sell anything through my site or over the internet at all..... With the acception of the leopard geckos, I do not sell offspring for the most part....... Most babies are donated or given to fellow venomous keepers...... Have you ever seen me selling anything ever, on any of these sites???? It is either word of mouth sales or reptile shows, if I do sell anything...... And it is pick up only or I can deliver....... If I ever had to ship venomous I would pay a verified shipper to ship for me...... Like I said and you have said also this is about Kevin and we do not want to take away fro his illegal activities, do we????? I am willing to call it square with you and I also opologize for that PM I sent you......

Same to you! And again we both share the same passion for reptiles, that's all goood. When I told you I liked venomous I was being honest. Almost 35 years ago I owned my first Botrox alternatus. And I'm a real fan of gabonicas and arietans too.
