    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I've read all of the text messages. It's unfortunate what seemed like a good relationship has ended up like this. All that time and money... And something makes me very nervous about people who try to sell anything (especially their entire collection) so quickly. Emergencies naturally come up but it looks like the OP was very patient with waiting days between replies. Sorry to see it come to this.

If Lauren is reading this: You can still make it right. You probably don't need a court battle on your plate at this point.
 
at the time during purchase. bpdesign was kinda branching off dan wolfe since he announced his retirement.

She has not responded to my email.

No matter what is going on in your personal life, you don't lie to your customers and you ship the animals they have paid for.
 
I agree 100%, I feel bad for what ever hardship she is having, but she needs to make this right. I'm very interested in how she can fix this. Its so sad, I'm still getting things together for my collection, and quite a ways away from purchasing snakes, but I'm still researching breeders and what I see is not good. To many people are getting scammed and ripped off. I think I'll stick with my original idea and purchase from NERD. Seems like you can't fully trust anyone.
 
I am so NOT surprised by this ... They learned all about customer service from Dan. :ack2::rofl:

I'm happy to go pick up your animals and see to it that they get shipped to you in a safe, timely manner once temps allow, if some sort of compromise can be reached. Money or animals, they owe you something.

So disappointing.

it really does suck. especially since this is just a hobby to me. I believe the snakes that were mine died. Why else would she avoid me? I hope she would at least make arrangements to refund my money.
 
That makes it worse. She's committing social and carrier suicide. Lauren please tell us what happen? Try to redeem yourself.

They're out and clearly don't care about that stuff. Who they hurt, who they rip off, etc.
