    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I agree with Melissa. Lauren certainly owes you money or snakes.
Hopefully, Lauren will get Melissa's email and come here to resolve this.

BTW You should never send payment/s, through Paypal, as gift/s. Time limit aside, it leaves you without recourse, for a claim/refund, via Paypal.

I usually don't and trust me I did research. but apparently a spilt up happen between the couple and I guess it went down hill from there. Not sure why she would attempt to sell her animals off without fixing our issue. I even called several times tonight. she is avoiding me.

It could be that she is "at a loss" &/or on "emotional overload". However, avoidance doesn't make a problem go away and only serves to make things worse.

That said, her personal life should not have interfered with shipping your snakes out.

There is also a good chance that the money you sent has already been spent.

Let's hope she has a plan on making things right with you.

Don't know what you are getting at (with emotional loss) but I have a feeling you do not understand what I meant.
Was certainly not condoning Lauren's actions.

BTW Per posted communications, the snakes did not get paid off until May, of this year (2014), and Nick started to request snakes to be shipped about 3-4 months ago.

Of course, with Lauren keeping money and snakes, it should be considered theft.
I am just hoping for the best in that Nick is able to get either the snakes or his money back (whichever Nick prefers).

I agree. She should reply here. Especially if she was on Fauna, yesterday, and if she has viewed this thread.
If she doesn't, maybe further action will be needed.
 
Last she stated was on 9/14 that she was going to ship the following week.

She then posted ads here selling her entire collection on 9/16, 10/7, 10/26, 11/2, 11/8, 11/10, 11/14, 11/18, 11/21 and 11/26.

On several of those ads different people stated they sent her multiple emails with no responses to the email address she asked messages to be sent. It seems she just deleted them and reposted with different price structures each time.

It seems she finds the time to repost these ads but no time to contact anybody.

That is really bizarre.
Unless she just ignores those who are seeking something under $500 (since she states, in ad, that sales must be at least $500).:shrug01:
Still, while some people do ignore certain inquiries (and if that is what she is doing), I feel there is no reason to not reply with, at least, something.
