Tonight I went and picked up two "adult female" giant day geckos from this guy. He delivered them in a pillow case, so there was no way to look at them without them getting away or causing a lot of stress on the animals. So when I get home I put them into a glass tank to examine them and find out they are males. I contact him right away(about 3 and a half hours later due to an hour drive) and he kept arguing they were females. I even sent him a picture of my male(which he agreed was a male) and then of one he gave me, which is even more obvious of a male. He refuses to give me any kind of refund or even a trade for two actual females, so I am going to have to get our attorney and settle this in small claims court. I have screen shots of the ad, which says three adult females all over two years of age and about 40 emails between us, both prior to the sale and the conversation tonight. Does anyone else have any input as to what I need to have ready, or just any other thoughts on this matter.
Thanks, Jake
