In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Bad Guy Lisha Stearns aka aboaslife is a liar and a thief.

I think sending the $800 you originally agreed to send would be a good start.

I think the whole deal should be presented, negotiated, and accepted, so nothing pops up later to prevent a successful completion. What else besides the $800?

Okay I think I must be a bit dense. He had Lisha send the snakes to a Hardware store in Maine and then picks them up in Maine and carries them back over the border? Here is the info on the address they were shipped to: http://ww3.truevalue.com/johnsons/Home.aspx
I really would like to see a copy of the cities that he used to bring these snakes over the border into Canada and a picture of the Bloody Salmon with todays date.

We still have not seen pictures of the bloody salmon or pictures of it being probed.

True, the actual payment of settlement can be held pending satisfactory proof of sexing, but it would be good if the two parties finally come up with a complete settlement agreement they can both accept.

I'd like to see this paperwork also.

Please first post pics of missexed snake Kevin you never showed proof to begin with and i asked for everything to settle not just one matter I'd like it all cleared up now

I think sending the $800 you originally agreed to send would be a good start.

Lisha and Kevin, In the few private messages that were posted already there was another offer for trades or $800 dollars for the Ghost that Kevin asked for.

It appears that Lisha agreed to pay the $800 but there was still the issue of the mis-sexed snake and no funds were received. Why can't you both work from there and come to a conclusion in this transaction?

I'll add this (not that it will help this transaction), Buying something that isn't born yet is a bad idea. Selling possible babies is a terrible idea. Not having agreed upon terms in place ahead of time if you don't produce just adds to the headache. IMHO

Since it doesn't look like you two are going to come to terms on replacement animals and shipping to Canada the $800 asked and accepted should be the starting point to settle this. So what should be the compensation for the mis-sexed snake?

That seems to be where you guys are at or have been at for some time.

Kevin, I don't understand. You want to get what your owed and she wants this to end and we are right back to the 800 leaving out the missexed animal.

She asked for a fair compensation number from you and you should give it. Working out a replacement snake instead is prolonging and opening this up for further problems. Tell her what you want money wise.
___________________________________________

Also, I had asked earlier if there was any dispute about the sex of the animal. Nobody stated it was disputed. In the correspondence between the two of them I didn't see a dispute. Now there is?

She just asked for a total number to rectify this which seems like the right move to end this. Someone else pops in asking for proof of the missexed animal now we want proof before you send anything? It should have been done before. Now it is important?

There is no dispute you owe him for the ghost.

If there is a debate about the import fees that will reflect on Kevin's character and representation of what has transpired if anything is proved that he didn't import correctly.

That has nothing to do with you still owing him for the ghost. If he doesn't have anything to add for the value of the missexed snake, send him what you know you owe and call it quits.

Why drag it out?

Boom!

It had been asked many times to show proof sorry i haven't had time to go back and read everything but since i recently found out he lied about where i had the snakes shipped to I'd like to see proof of the missexed snake

Well it is nice to see the Facebook crowd here to start throwing their weight around.

I have never said what I wanted for the missexed bloody salmon because what I want is a fair offer from her. She had it listed here on fauna for sale at $3,500 then if I remember correctly she dropped it to $3,000. I honestly didn't think asking for the $1,800 difference between her asking price and the real value was not quite right.

She has never questioned the sex being wrong until people on fb said I didn't deserve anything.

Kevin,

The comments/history from a certain other site (which might have been well avoided in the first place) seem to be a ball and chain in the completion of this transaction.
Forget that site, and ignore those from that site who are intentionally (IMHO) lining up with various requests and hurdles that will prolong this process of finally finding an acceptable solution here.

Your seller has asked what is would take to solve this. Don't prolong this by just batting the tennis ball back in her court, she is in my opinion making a good faith effort. Put a number on the table for her.

Also I will call my contact in the states to get a copy of the permits for that order and post pics of the blood tonight.

And for those that question why it takes so long to reply it is because I work 10 hour days and am not allowed on my cell or the internet. To top it off I have a side job I am heading to now to work three hours before my full time job.

I had asked for proof, of the mis-sexed snake, a little earlier in this thread. I did this in an effort to be unbiased. This, before I fully back Kevin, 100%, on the mis-sexed snake.

OTOH I do fully back Kevin on the issue of owing for the Ghost. There is no dispute, and there is evidence, that Lisha owes for the Ghost het Albino.

There is no dispute you owe him for the ghost.

:iagree:

Well said.
There is no reason that Kevin should have to wait on compensation for the Ghost het Albino. That can be taken care of now. Then, while Kevin gets compensation for the Ghost het Albino, figure things out, &/or the proper compensation, for the mis-sexed snake.

lisha, when was the first time you asked for proof on the sex of the snake?

Ditto on question. Also, Lisha, can you look for, and find, any proof, that you requested proof of the mis-sexed snake, before this case came to the BOI (this true BOI)?

Not sure if I understand what you have written here. Are you saying that you would like $1800 in compensation for the mis-sexed snake?

On May 28 when Lisha offered a female Snow for the missexed snake, I was under the assumption no one was disputing the sex of the Bloody Salmon.

We've all made assumptions Matthew, which why we are now asking for hard clear answers.

lisha, waiting on you now.

But why wait a year and half and if u need to contact. People in the the states for paperwork then u dont have it thanks
