Well, I am far from jealous. You should be jealous of how I treat my customers. I merely posted a detailed account of how my transaction went down. Someone inquired and I started seeing that others were treated in a very similar manner as I was. That would compel anyone to contribute something noteworthy and factual.
The only problems that are being aired below are due to people who have been burnt by other people and don't have the patience to let us get your animal to you.
I wouldn't categorize my problem like that. Believe me, I had plenty of patience. Unfortunately the boas you sent UPS Ground didn't have the patience to handle 14 days in transit.
If a problem occurs we will immediately solve it, hassel free. If we can not provide the item then we will issue a refund.
If you call 16 days of email and phone calls an immediate resolution to our problem, you must be confused. You did issue me a refund, however, I also generated a complaint with Visa so I am not sure which motivated you to refund my money. I would have received my money either way as they were prepared to charge back your account. The purpose of this board, as I see it, is a means by which buyers can give a factual account of their experiences with businesses both good and bad. That is exactly what I have done, with absolutely no slander as you accuse US of posting.
The potential customers that want to do business with us, feel free to do so. We promise it will be a great experience.
