    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Inquiry LST EXOTICS

As for the bends, when Sean and first talked, he said they look nicer w/out the bends, more like 1 big unit vs 5 small ones. I said ok, then that sounds good.

Last week we were talking and he mentioned that he didn't know if he had asked me if I wanted bent or not bent. I said, yes, I do remember that and I think I said straight but you do not have to re-do them for me, I don't really care. He told me HE wanted to see and he was going to go open the boxes and see. Then I got an email saying they will be straight. I replied that I can't believe he would do that when I said I didn't care but ok, if he wanted to it was totally his choice. I was fine with the bent.

As far as trucking, there is a company called freightquote.com. I called the 3 times I believe and each time they told me that Sean was to drop the order off. And like I said it showed dispatched on 11/3, 11/4 and again on 11/7. I got really mad b/c the shipment hadn't even been started, one woman called Vitran on 11/4 at about 6pm and Vitran hadn't seen anything. It was later that same night when Sean called and said the driver was there at about 8:30. He gave me quite detailed information about the conversation between him and the driver. The driver was very late and I wouldn't blame Sean for not liking that at all. The driver apparently told him that he got held up at another pickup. Ok, I understand that.

But after being told 3 times by the freightquote.com broker or whatever they are, that the cages were set to pick up and Vitran says 2x that they have never heard of LST or seen anything. I'm sorry but I just don't buy that. I've worked in purchasing for many, many years and I know about trucks. I know they make mistakes. But talking with 5 different people in 2 days and no one knows anything, I just find that very fishy and Sean won't send me any paperwork proving the driver was there? If he would, I will recant every single bad thing I have said. I would actually LIKE to see that paperwork so I know that he didn't lie.

So, Sean, if you don't mind would you send me that signed BOL from Friday evening? I do mean that if I see it, all of my statements will be taken back and I will have trust in you again. That's all it would take. And still, I can't understand why you wouldn't send me a picture, after you told me you got some great shots. That is not asking too much.

I regret having started this, I wish I could take it back.
 
Sean if you had to pay Vitran extra money to unload the boxes there has to be a record of it. Please post the proof of that so this can be put to rest. I'm really hoping this turns out well because I need a cage builder.
 
I work for a packaing distribution company and am not at all surprised freightquote.com didn't give you correct info. I've had 1/2 truckload deliveries picked up, called them with the PRO# days later for tracking and they say they haven't picked it up yet. It happens. Hopefully it all gets sorted out for you.
 
Wow you all have been very busy. I am tired from a long day so I am going to make this quick. I picked up the boxes from VITRAN and dropped off at SE. SE said the BOL should be active in their system by 10AM tomorrow when their manifest system updates.

So attached you will see:

1) A terrible picture of the cages. We take a picture of every order that goes out so we have proof nothing was broken. The picture is not good, my shipping guys use a 6 year old digital camera.

2) The original BOL from VITRAN that is confused but yet there is a BOL!

3) The new BOL from SE

4) A Packing slip that is a real pain in the butt but at least they have everything.

I can include a vial of blood, hair sample and anything else that is needed! LOL

Maybe I'm wrong, but I'd like to know for sure and all it would take is 1 piece of paper and yes, this would be resolved. I will be more than happy to admit I'm wrong if I am.
 
Thank you very much for the pics. It looks like you gave them the wrong shipping address - I think you gave them Vitran's address. Could you look into that? We don't want them going to Vitran. Email me if you don't have my address. I appreciate the pictures, they do look very nice.

The problem with the 1st BOL is that it was printed several days before the order was set to be shipped, so it's not proof of anything other than he did pay for it (I do hope they refund it), but a signed BOL that shows Vitran actually picking up that order is what I really would like to see.
 
Sorry not posting my signature online, you can track it after 10am tomorrow and then see your boxes when they get there. I'll tell my broker about the address.
 
You can email it and I will not post it. I will totally apologize. 100%. I guess it's up to you if you want to email it. I promise it will go no further than me and I will post here that I got it and all will be settled and you will have a public apology.
 
Just track the BOL after 10am. I emailed my broker about your address I will make sure she makes the change. I am sure she will do it prior to 10am so the BOL should reflect that when you check it.
 
smilts - why won't he just finish things and send me that signed BOL. Things would be totally done and no more posts necessary unless it's me apologizing to Sean. It's easy enough to cover up your name if you dont want anyone to have a copy of your sig. cover it with paper before you scan it, voila' no one can see it!
 
You have Pictures, proof of BOL's. Also a solid explanation and good reasoning for what has happened. Also several credible stories of shipping goofs. You seem to just not want to let it go, which is totaly your perogative. I'm very impatient, its hard to just wait I understand.
 
I never doubted that I was getting my cages, I know about all BOL's. I am not dumb about freight lines either. I think that with 5 calls speaking with 5 different people and still getting conflicting info seems highly unlikely. 2 people at Vitran, the day man and the night man, both said the boxes weren't there. the man I spoke with this morning had no idea I'd call back after he got off.

I will continue to believe, maybe not post, that the shipment never got to Vitran unless he sends me a driver signed BOL dated Nov 4. He can cross his name off. Why is THAT asking too much. I don't believe I'll ever see it b/c I don't think it exists.

That's all I'm saying. Why can't a customer see the signed BOL, what's wrong with me wanting that besides nothing.

I can let it go. I just thought Sean might want to clear his name and send it, but if he doesn't want to that is his business. This entire forum can see that I was wrong. They can also see that I promised not to post that BOL and it won't go any further than my laptop. I don't break promises.
 
LOL this is too funny, Send me a signed BOL but cover the name. what the hell, that makes it an unsigned BOL. Kathy at this pint I can sign anything and you would never know so this is all irrelevant. You have a BOL you can track, I have no profit in your order and 3 potential customers canceled their orders because of this post. So please track the BOL tomorrow and you can go to the website clicking "refresh" every 5 minutes instead of starting posts about me on FAUNA, FACEBOOK, RTB, CORNSNAKE. If I missed one let me know. Because now you buddy Bill is posting stuff too and all because you keep posting crap on FACEBOOK.

I mean really ENOUGH is ENOUGH, I have been very nice but now you are just going to different sites and posting the same stuff over and over. The RTB admin shut it down because he felt it was BS. I have done what you asked and WAY beyond. I don't care about your apology because it can't get me back the money or orders it already cost me. Not to mention the future orders that is thread and all the others you started will cause me to lose.

I just do not understand why post so many things on so many boards. You understand you bought racks and within 3 weeks from the purchase will have them in your hands. You have passed just inquiry and are in the DEFAMATION category. You are calling me names, making false statements and you change what you say in each and every post.

What you are doing is wrong and if it does not stop NOW on all boards I will make it stop legally. I am sorry it has come to this but I have employees that have families and they rely in me and my company to to support them. With the loss of orders and the constant bashing on all the boards you are now hurting them and I will not stand for it.

And yes, you are right, you could send me anything. What is so funny about crossing off your name, that's why you said you wouldn't post it here?

If I made a public apology it seems as though people would think more highly of you and bash me. That's what I would think at least.

I don't believe I have made any false statement. You can email me bc I do agree that all of this should be done via email. I don't want your employees to be hurt by my post. All I asked for was the truth.

I don't think you're going to lose any customers. You've handled this situation in an extremely porfessional manner, without once losing your temper. The pictured cages are beautiful. Custom cages, delivered in three weeks, is WAY above and beyond the industry standard. I have waited _months_ for normal production racks, and that was my expectation to do so. If anything, I would expect people to have more trust in you and your company after this incident.
 
Sean I think the way you have handled this has been above and beyond professional. It takes a steady person to not fly off the handle at trying situation such as this. I will personally be ordering racks from you very soon.

Kathy you need to tell "Bill" to knock it off. You both are starting to look worse and worse. Asking for help and information is one thing, but smearing it all over the net makes you look petty.
 
I agree, Sean has gone above and beyond the call of his duty, even eating shipping costs. I think she is going to look so ridiculous when this thing comes to fruition and she gets her cages. Honestly, shipping companies make mistakes, but taking it out on the seller is wrong. I understand being frustrated when you don't get what you ordered in a reasonable time, but it seems like he has been more than helpful in this instance. Its getting to the point of harassment if its being smeared all over numerous locations. Work it out with the seller, don't have other people who aren't even involved rub his good name in the dirt. Sean, if I ever needed cages, I would check you out first.
 
Hey you need to leave Bill out of it, Bill said his piece yesterday and haven't said anymore. And Sean you can tell Marie to quit messaging me. She said she talked to you yesterday and now she is calling me some nasty names and saying some terrible things, which I have copied and saved for future refrence. Now I have had to block her and all her friends and report them to facebook. I said my piece yesterday and went on and found me another builder. I was done with it, I was even taking down my post I had until Marie started. Now I haven't done any name calling or getting nasty, but I can if I have too, i just don't want to crawl down in that cess pool with Marie. Now everybody can look back through this forum and see that I said my piece and that was it, I have not been nasty about this and I have only posted one thing about this on facebook. Any body here is welcome to check, I have not even seen anything incriminating on Kathy's page, Maybe its just the forums where she posted. I am sure some of you on this BOI has facebook come on and visit, I am Bill Bethea, but you have to friend me to see anything cause of Seans little friend, but you are welcome. Now I am asking nicely Please.
