Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

m.whitefeather is the worst snake dealer out there.if you want to donate money for his harley then do bus. with him.i bought a albino and some hets from him.i recieved the albino but no hets.he will tell you so much bull your head will explode.he owes me 2000$$$.i'm no rich man and i'm hurting.everybody else who he has gotten step forward.please.if none of ya'll believe me call bob clark.yes he even shafted bob himself.thanks for looking.

Do you really think the thread title you chose was in good taste?

You might want to give additional details of your transaction as evidence as well... why you contacted him about a deal, what the specifics were and what exactly went wrong.
 
yes thats i feel like did me.the deal was this.i sent him 5000$$ about a month or 2 ago.the deal was 1 male albino and 2 female hets.well i did recieve the about 3 weeks after the deal went thru.so now i was waiting on the hets he told one was ready and one wasn't ready.then he told me they both were ready.so i was like cool lets ship them.he tells me he has to build crats for them.so i said ok.well a week passed and i talked to him again and he needed to build 1 more box.[1 week to build 1 box wow]now another week has passed and all of sudden he never picks up his phone.i leave messages and never calls back.this guy is a talker and a complete duschbag.i cant stand to look at the albino he sent me cause it reminds me of him.

$5000!!!!!!! $5000!!!!! You sent someone you didn't know $5000 freaking dollars???? Get in the F---ing car and drive there. It's $5000 for pete's sake. By a plane ticket! And don't even go there w/ the I didn't have time B.S. If you've got $5000 to spend on snakes you can take a weekend to fly out and buy them yourself. I really don't get these people that send off thousands of dollars for animals, it will NEVER make sense to me. Especially when the thousands of dollars is sent to "JOE BLOW THE SNAKEBREEDER." Bob Clark, Ben Siegal, Pro Exotics maybe. But, if I'm gonna give someone 5000 freaking dollars, I think I've earned the right of a free tour of thier snakeroom. Crazy!!!
 
While being upset is understandable, the thread title was out of line. As such, I've edited it, and would like to remind everyone to use a wee bit of common sense when titling threads.
 
Is this guy even going to tell us what kind of snakes he bought (or tried to buy for that matter). All he says is albino and hets.. but.. what are they an albino/het of!?

A month or two isn't really much of a specific timeline...

There has been no detail given about the transaction really either...

Why did you contact him? Did you see an ad, did a friend reccomend him, did he respond to a wanted ad?

When *exactly* did you contact him? At least something more specific than "a month or two"... can you narrow it down to within a few days?

What *exactly* was the transaction supposed to be? Was the $5000 for all the animals as a group, was it totals frfom multiple prices, did it include shipping?

When did the animal that you got arrive?

What further contact have you had to attempt to get your animals or your money back?

Do you have any email conversations prior to or during the deal that you could post to support your claims?

Has anyone contacted the other party involved and informed them of this thread so that we can see both sides? Possibly both sides with some relevant details?

the albino was 3000 and the hets were 1000 a piece.reticulated pythons.a friend of told me about him.he was doing bus.with him and told me give him a call.so i did.i will have dates soon i going to look up some dates.also he got my friend for750$$$.my friend todd sent him 750 to hold some retics.but todd couldn't get the rest of the money so he talked to mike and mike said he would send his money back no problem.well no money ever got there.as for emails go i always talked to him on his phone.mike if see this call me up.

2) All he works with are retics

3) If he did ship you the albino, then you have an address and phone on the airbill for him. Why wouldn't you get a hold of him through another method? Send him certified mail? Leave a message explaining your intentions? Something?

4) Use your SPELLCHECK!!! Do you have any idea how hard it is for us to read your posts?

5) He is in the Chicago area. You can fly to Chicago from anywhere in the USA right now for $50-150. Isn't that a worthwhile investment for thousands?

6) With the tone you have taken in this thread do you now think that you have left much room to reach an ammicable settlement with Mike?

You don't seem to be trying very hard. "All kinds of things", what does that mean? Other than calling him as you stated here what have you done? Did you even read the post I put above?

How about certified mail?
How about certified mail a letter from an attorney? ($20)
How about filing a claim in small claims court? ($8-20)
How about going to his place?
Have you done anything other than call?

I am just trying to help you, but I get frustrated when people ask for advice, then whine and just want to be miserable. It is very easy to resolve. Get off your keister and get it done. If it were my money it would have been handled a long time ago.

Evan is right, you really need to give more details on here. You can not just yell bad guy and not have anything go along with that.
Even if it was all phone calls, you must have addresses, dates on arrival and calls made.
A true bad guy post on this forum must come with something substantial.
Please give some info. Some facts from your side.
 
WHOA HOLD ON A MINUTE!!!

Wait a minute, I'll grant you that sending someone you don't know $5000 does not make anyone look all that smart. But, he did receive some of the snakes so it's obvious this guy did receive his money (at least from what we've been told so far). Why should the buyer have to "seek a settlement?" He payed for animals and did not recieve all of them, right?

I will also grant that PN's communication skills are not great (that might even be the problem). But, as of right now, I see a guy who sent money and did not receive what was promised. Evan it seems you know this guy, can you contact him and let him know about this thread? PN's not the bad guy here folks (at least not yet).
 
Personal Experience

This is just an attempt to inform people of this guys business ethics and tactics. I do not understand why people get on here and pick out little things such as grammar and the "taste" of the message. This forum is meant to let others know about personal experiences with certain breeders and sellers, and in this case scammers. Please remember this everyone.
I was also screwed by this Michael Whitefeather fella. Here are the details of my transaction so anyone looking to possibly do business with this guy will think twice. I started talking to michael at the end of March. Michael promised to send pics of the animals and all that and finally did so April 10th. I then sent out a cashier's check on 4/11. I told him to please let me know when he recieved it and he said he would call me the minute it was in his hand. I didn't hear from him. So I had to track him down to make sure he got it. In the meantime I spoke to a breeder who he is supposedly very good friends with...The breeder said that he was friends with Michael but wouldn't recommend doing business with him as he has heard many negative things about past business deals with him. So I told Michael that I wanted a refund, and to keep $100 for his troubles. He came back saying that he would feel better sending me the whole amount because that money is not owed to him. That sounded fine. So for about two weeks I heard a bunch of bull about how "a man if nothing without his word" and all this crap. On 5/6, I recieved an email saying that the money order would be in the mail that week. NEXT
